I could not remember a mishap with any of our guests staying in this apartment for the past months. It would have been better if you could have enumerated our opportunities so we can work it out moving forward.

Our cleaning team had made sure that everything was in place and apartment was cleaned before the check-in. Wish you had said something during your stay so we could have taken a look and provided some action - to resolved it.

Also - you have been demanding a compensation from the day you checked in with all the threats of writing a bad review.
