A Hollywood dream Villa with character and elegance nestled on a picturesque hillside, overlooking the city of Los Angeles!

This home exemplifies a sophisticated and comfortable lifestyle due to its high-quality furnishings, practical design, and meticulous attention to detail, making it an ideal choice for those seeking the perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Perfect getaway for your Hollywood leisure!

The light drenched main house has 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, and includes a stunning living area as well as a delightful sun room with exposed wooden-beamed ceilings that overlooks an expansive outdoor deck; perfect for entertaining and dining al fresco.

A gourmet chef’s kitchen has been thoughtfully modernized with luxurious stainless steel appliances and ample storage which is perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

All bedrooms in the main house are located upstairs. The guest house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have shared spaces with 2 queen-sized beds and no door between them. The 4th bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. The 5th bedroom or the guest house bedroom has a double-sized bed. All bedrooms are equipped with luxury bedding that provides you with the relaxation you need after a full day of adventure.

For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace setup for you to use!

The detached guest house has all the 1920s charm of the main house and provides a sofa bed that can be use as an alternative sleeping space.

The den and sitting room overlook the Hollywood skyline and the expansive terrace offers panoramic views of the city from high above Whitley Heights Historic District!

This home has a lot of indoor and outdoor spaces that are great for entertainment. When tummies rumble, return back home to grill up a delicious dinner in the private yard or take a quick relax in the calming steam sauna.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs are all provided during your stay!

This luxurious villa embodies the essence of Hollywood living, combining the sophistication of the interior and comfort. This beautiful Whitley Heights historic Spanish home with a detached guest house features an incredible canyon and breathtaking city views from every room. Centrally located and easy access to Hollywood and Highland, and the Hollywood Bowl!

Hot Stinky Dusty House

Checked into the house and immediately got hit with the unmistakable stench of old basement/nursing home. Rusted shower heads and no AC make this place a giant rip-off. We decided to leave before even staying a night and asked for a refund for the rest of our night, and we received a call from the property manager's assistant as they couldn't be bothered. After giving us the runaround, they refused to refund us. When we contacted VRBO, they said that it's up to the host to issue the refund, which they refused.

Perfect place for bridal photos!

We stayed here for our daughter's L.A. wedding and the photographer took the most beautiful photos inside & out of our daughter and her four bridesmaids! Amazing views! Very roomy and clean! Great communication from the host! The only drawback was the parking. Our car didn't fit in the garage and it took us awhile to find parking on the street Saturday night after the wedding. We're glad we only had to find parking for 2 cars, but the neighborhood felt very safe. The Hollywood Bowl could have affected the lack of available parking. That said, we are thrilled with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a large, roomy, luxurious home in a little oasis of Hollywood!

Great house to celebrate 16th birthday

I took my daughter and friends to LA for her 16th birthday and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. If was exactly as pictured and the girls had a great time. Very convient location and we could walk to Hollywood Blvd..I had my own private casita on property. Michael was very responsive to whatever we needed. Will for sure book this property again.

Beautiful Spacious Mansion

We had a great stay and Michael was an attentive host. Plenty of room to accommodate our family gathering. The house is in a quiet secluded hillside area in walking distance to Hollywood and the Hollywood Bowl. The only two things to note and plan for is 1) to make sure to note that two of the bedrooms are actually shared spaces separated but without a door. You pass through one bedroom and turn into the other. Not a big deal for us since siblings took the spots. The other is parking can be limited. We had a one car garage but the street can fill up. You might be required to park down the hill in a lot. All in all a Great Place to stay in the Hollywood area!
