La Casa Simpatico

This unique place has a style all its own. Comfortable and enjoyable experience, particularly if you are traveling with family or friends.

We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

The extra space provides privacy and allows everyone to have their own designated areas to relax. The bedrooms may have different sizes and layouts, providing flexibility to accommodate a range of sleeping arrangements. The bathrooms are also convenient, especially when multiple people need to get ready at the same time. The dining area is typically a central hub for gathering and enjoying meals together, creating a social atmosphere that is perfect for bonding and creating memories.

We offer a sense of homey comfort that is not always available in hotels or other types of accommodations. It provides ample space for everyone to spread out and relax, while still being able to come together for meals and other activities.

Great experience, beautiful home, and perfect neighborhood

I enjoyed my 30th Birthday celebration in the city and in the house, it was so cozy & comfortable. We felt like we were at home while staying here at this beautiful home

Location Worked for the Most Part

Our company was working in Altadena after the fires in January so we needed a place to sleep and secure our company tools. The location does have a garage which is helpful. While the accommodations worked well for the crew, there were some cleaning issues that needed to be addressed. After we returned home I reached out to the owner who did apologize and would correct the issues for his future guests.

Outstanding Experience

Leon's place is just as the pictures show. Very clean and the location is excellent! Our two families were in town from Texas to celebrate my daughter's PhD graduation. Very safe

The general location was central to most activities. The compound is safe a d parking adequate and safe. The aircondition worked excellent. The general condition of the unit was clean except for the patio area that was a bit dusty. The kitchen had most ammenities and cleaning appliances.

House is in a quiet neighborhood, close from Hollywood and Disneyland. Comfortable beds, good ac. Almost every room has tv, that’s a plus for the kids.

Gorgeous apartment space

All around a great place to stay. Location around us was a little outdated but when you arrive the apartments are very modern and lavish. Felt very safe with a gate to get in and a garage to park your vehicle in. Neighborhood is a little noisy lots of dogs barking around but nothing crazy that wasn’t manageable. Apartment was exactly as pictured and very clean. Loved this stay and would love to book again!!

Beautiful and well equipped

We really loved this home! It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed! The neighbors were friendly and the home was in perfect condition with great use of space. It is a brand new home with new furnishings. The only down side to this home is the amount of noise you hear through the home. It is so quiet and echoes every sound. Your hear every door squeak across the house I’m not sure the solution but a fan in the bedrooms would help cancel out a lot of the noise. But overall we would definitely stay again and bring our own fans! God Bless you!
