Il paradiso ti aspetta con questa bellissima casa da sogno recentemente rinnovata con 3 camere da letto con un'incredibile vista sull'oceano dall'altra parte della strada dal ristorante del Duca di fama mondiale. Le magnifiche caratteristiche includono un open space pieno di luce, un grande ponte all'aperto (con buca per il fuoco) e Malibu Beach Vibes!
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con 2 frigoriferi in acciaio inossidabile e una stufa Bertazzoni.
Rilassati in una sensazionale vasca giapponese dopo una giornata piena di divertimento in spiaggia e concediti i nostri sontuosi prodotti.
Master bdr ha un letto matrimoniale e ampio bagno con doccia a pioggia con pareti in vetro al soffitto. Camera ha anche un letto matrimoniale e la camera dei bambini ha 2 letti estraibili (4 posti letto).
Il divano letto ha anche un letto matrimoniale. Hanno tutti nuovi materassi comodi e lenzuola e cuscini super comodi.
Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una vasca giapponese con doccia a cascata. La nostra casa sulla spiaggia da sogno si trova su PCH ed è 2. 4 miglia al molo di Malibu. Siediti sul nostro divertente ponte (w firepit ed edison) e goditi la sfilata di auto di lusso! O meglio ancora sorseggiare Champagne o gustare il caffè del mattino guardando la sfilata dei delfini di !!!!!! Benvenuti nella BU!
Gli animali domestici sono sempre i benvenuti qui! La tassa per animali domestici è di $ 150

Filthy with mice

Living room furniture was filthy with visible stains including large dog urine stains! Kitchen chairs which were fabric were also absolutely filthy dirty with stains. Never even sat at the table because they were so gross and dirty. Bed skirts on both beds were soiled with stains and dirt so bad we needed to remove them from our beds to use beds. House was shared by a downstairs neighbor which was not told during booking. Their barking dogs woke us up every morning. Outside patio area had mice running around everywhere which made our stay extremely uncomfortable and upsetting trying to sit outside to eat and have mice crawling around. Absolutely miserable. Not very relaxing to say the least. My husband to drive 40 mins to a Home Depot to get mice poisoning which was on our expense. We are devastated at the amount of money we lost on this stay what we thought was going to be a wonderful family time. Caused our family extreme stress and discomfort. We could not wait to leave

Malibu family vacation

We had a great time in our stay. The house is as advertised with great views, a great location, and everything. The outside deck is a perfect place to spend the evenings. Check in and out was super easy. Overall, a great place for a Malibu vacation.

4th of july stay

We had a blast on our 4th of July stay. The only downside was how noisy it was from all the cars on the street but we kind of expected it going in because we had read the reviews. The view was beautiful. We even got to see some fireworks which we were not expecting. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. I especially loved the double refrigerator. We also use the barbecue grill which worked great. We were able to roast marshmallows on the fire pit and enjoy the patio at night with the heaters. Overall a very pleasant experience! Thank you so much Mary for letting us use your home. Great memories for our family!

Perfect space for old friends.

This property is perfect for groups looking for space to sit and catch up. The patio and living rooms were so comfortable to reconnect with old friends. The traffic from PCH is loud but the view and outdoor living space more than made up for it! The property manager was responsive and helpful.

Great House for a Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay! The house has everything you need and is in a great location. There is great hiking nearby, a nice park up the street, the beach, and close to the airport. We love that there were great places to eat just a few steps away -- Country Kitchen for the best breakfast burritos and Duke's. But we really just enjoyed hanging out in the deck. Thank you!! (We did read the reviews about the loud traffic, but it really wasn't too bad. )

Family Holiday dinner

This home was ideal for our family! We hosted Christmas dinner for our extended family and had everything we needed to make a big dinner from scratch. There were all of the pots, pans, tools as wells as serving platters, plates, glasses and silverware. The weather was very warm so we enjoyed an ocean view with our meal. Afterward, we had enough space in the living room to hang out and open gifts. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for the holiday!

Perfect Beachy Getaway

I would give Mary and her property more than five stars if I could! The location is stunning and the home is very well kept. Mary is very attentive and thoughtful and went above and beyond for us! We miss the house dearly already. Such fond memories were made! We especially enjoyed the patio and the view from it. Perfect stay!

good grandparent set up, but be aware of highway noise

we stayed with our son, daughter-in-law and their two infants, 1.8 year old and 6 months... great living room area and fabulous outdoor deck for dining, grilling, relaxing and and infant to walk around. Great to have Duke's right across the street as then the parents/grandparents could go across and have dinner while two stayed behind to watch infants, and then swap duties..."date night".. the front room can be quite loud at night given pacific coast highway and motor cycles - bring "white noise machines"...

Lovely place but for the road noise!!!!!

This is a lovely home in Malibu overlooking the ocean with a spectacular view and outdoor space. I believe this is just a rental and is generally well equipped but is starting to show the wear and tear of constant rentals. A few caveats: 1: the view from the outdoor space is amazing but you are directly on the PCH and the road noise is constant and load. 2: the bedrooms are very small but functional. The outdoor area is amazing but needs some TLC Mary is easily accessible and responsive although I needed to replace ALL the propane tanks in ALL the heaters and the bbq. This should have been done and checked before we arrived. Check in and check out is easy and seamless. Overall the place is great but just be prepared for the road noise.
