This property is fantastic. The location is great, the check in was super easy and the communication was easy. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linens are super soft. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this Marina Del Ray condo.

Nice condo. The location and view were amazing! Condo could have been cleaner. I felt like we had to communicate with the host about too many things... No remote for one TV, inspectors coming by unannounced, residents telling us we shouldn't be renting in that building, the host needing to come by for a tool... It was a lot for a three-night stay.

My sister and I stayed in this unit for 4 nights. It had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. My favorite part was spending an afternoon relaxing on the balcony. Although our schedule didn’t allow us to use the building amenities, they were lovely. Maybe next time!

The communication from the host was poor. VRBO tried to contact the host without success too. Finally, the host responded but gave little information about arrival and check in. This could have been done much better to avoid uncertainty created by the host. The property itself was as described and in a good location.

This place was great. Clean, upgrades galore and an amazing balcony view of the marina. The amenities throughout the property are so incredible. Took a minute to figure out how to operate the keys with the elevator and finding the apartment was easy with the directions, but it is a big property. Would stay again for sure!!

Overall this was not a good stay. One day into our stay we got a notice from the apartment complex that it was illegal to do short term rentals there and that we would need to vacate. Everything felt a bit off - they were not ready for us at check in, our unit was changed at the last minute, the sheets on one of the beds had stains, there was dog hair all over the apartment, and the freezer was dirty. Would up having to leave early because of all the issues.

Great views. This is not a condo. It’s an apartment, which I do think makes a difference in quality for anyone paying the elevated price that’s being asked for. Also apparently renting an apartment out as a VRBO in this building is strictly prohibited according to the person working in the lobby. I found that out when I walked in for the first time, which didnt exactly give us a warm fuzzy knowing we were staying for a full week. The unit was as expected I suppose, but lack homey decor- rugs, blankets for chilly evenings. It was decent and quiet, but I don’t think we would rent here again.

The host is a man of no words. Doesn’t explain or say anything. Made us wait for 10 minutes for him to show up in person to hand over the keys in a no stoping zone blinking. Among the keys, there is not a pool key or a first floor key which means you can only come inside the building from the basement garage. In the instruction, there is no WiFi info either. We decided not to even bother to get it from him. The bed frame is of a platform style with only lines of wood board on it, with wide gaps between the wood pieces, especially at the head and feet areas, meaning it doesn’t provide a solid surface. Usually, with this type of bed frames, there needs to have a box spring on it first to provide the solid surface before the mattress can go on. If there is no box spring, the surface of the platform bed frame needs to be either a piece of solid wood or the pieces of board are very closely lined from head to toe. But in this case, a fairly soft mattress is sitting directly on a gapped platform frame. When I sat down near the night stand on the bed, I almost fell. Fortunately, there were three big beds and we had three people so each needs to be very careful to sleep in the middle of the bed and not to roll around much, still my son fell out of the bed once in the middle of the night. Does the host not know how beds are set up? From his accent, we know he is from some other country but still, doesn’t everyone sleep on a solid and flat surface? The marina views are great.
