My stay at the Moxy was extremely disappointing and far from worth the price. The room was shockingly small with very few amenities, making it feel overpriced and underwhelming from the start. The food options were mediocre at best and did nothing to make up for the lack of comfort.
The valet service was especially frustrating. On one occasion, I had to wait 40 minutes for my car because the front desk representative forgot to give the valet my keys. This delay caused me to return my rental late, costing me extra money and nearly making me miss my flight. Completely unacceptable.
Housekeeping cleaned the room but failed to restock basic items like body wash and other amenities. Thankfully, I had brought my own soap. To make matters worse, one of the exterior window panes was completely shattered. Not only did it partially ruin the view, but it also made me uneasy throughout my entire stay.
Overall, this was a terrible and overpriced experience, and I would not recommend staying here
