Recommended for up to 12 adults, fits 14

Please note: we have window coverings that were put in the bedrooms and any areas where you would want privacy, they were not up when the pictures were taken. Otherwise pictures show the exact condition of this newly-built house and furnishings.

PLEASE NOTE: your reservation must include all people coming on the property for an period of time. Your booking must include all guests in order to see the correct pricing. Any extra visitors, events, gatherings, filming, commercial, or non-standard use of the property without prior written permission will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. Any events that exceed our 14 person max must be quoted separately. Regular bookings DO NOT include events.

We recommend 12 adults as 2 of the beds are double/full, but if those beds are used for 2 adults we can fit 14.

In order to maintain the property we have our gardeners servicing the property on Tuesdays and they are typically working the entire day. Our hot tub tech will also come Mondays briefly to service the hot tub. Please note that sometimes we may on rare occasions need to adjust the days of service due to weather/rain or other unexpected events.

Please note indoor fireplace is currently not in use due to high fire risk in this area.
