The Space:

This three level, 2,500 square foot home is thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxed coastal living.

The top level is the heart of the home, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas come together in a bright open layout with ocean views. Large windows and sliding doors invite in natural light and ocean air, while comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and a dining table for six create an inviting space to gather after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both everyday meals and relaxed entertaining, featuring a gas range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine fridge, and a premium Moccamaster coffee maker for slow coastal mornings. Cooking essentials are provided so preparing meals feels effortless.

The home also includes a family room with a sectional sofa, offering an additional space to unwind, watch a movie, or relax together in the evening.

On the second level you will find the primary suite along with an additional guest bedroom. The lower level features a third bedroom with a separate entrance, providing added flexibility and privacy for guests who appreciate their own space.

Guest Access:

Please note that certain areas may be secured for owner or operational use (such as supply closets or garages, if applicable).

Manhattan Beach is naturally walkable, and many guests enjoy exploring the area on foot or by bike. The beach, local cafés, and nearby restaurants are all within easy reach, making it simple to settle into the neighborhood.

For exploring beyond the immediate area, rideshare services are readily available and provide convenient access throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles.



Other Things to Note:

Check-In Requirements

All guests must complete our secure check in forms prior to arrival. We partner with a trusted third party provider for optional damage protection and background screening while fully respecting guest privacy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Safety First

The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your protection. These life safety devices may not be removed, covered, or tampered with. Interference with safety equipment may result in fines, immediate reservation cancellation without refund, and applicable repair costs.

Smoke-Free Home

Smoking, vaping, incense, and candles are not permitted indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in a remediation fee in addition to cleaning and damage charges.

Care of the Home

If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond our standard service, an additional fee may apply. This can include heavy staining, spills on furnishings, unattended trash or food, glitter or confetti, or excessive sand.



Booking Guidelines

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older unless approved in advance.

Children: The home is best suited for children over 4 years old.

Guest History: Reservations with limited or low reviews may require additional vetting prior to approval.

Longer Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, a deep cleaning service will be scheduled during the reservation to maintain the home’s comfort and quality. The cleaning fee will be adjusted after booking, and a mid stay or end of stay service will be arranged accordingly.



General Terms

By booking, you agree to follow the house rules, assume responsibility for personal safety, and understand the host is not liable for items left behind. Our team may access the home with 12 hours’ notice if maintenance is required.

Reservations must be made in good faith. Misuse of the property or actions intended to harm the home or hosting experience will not be tolerated.

• No Pets: To preserve cleanliness and allergy-friendly standards, pets are not permitted.

Unauthorized pets will result in:

 • A minimum $500 pet violation fee

Checkout time must be honored unless pre-approved

Monthly cleaning may be required for extended stays

Guests with limited reviews may require host approval



No Commercial Filming or Professional Content Creation

This property is for residential lodging purposes only. Commercial filming, professional photography, promotional shoots, influencer/brand content, music videos, or organized content production are not permitted without prior written approval from the Host.



Professional cameras used as part of an organized shoot, ring lights, studio lighting, tripods, backdrops, production equipment, crew members, models, talent, or similar production setups require advance written permission from the Host.



Casual personal photos and videos taken by registered guests are permitted.



No unregistered guests or visitors. Only guests included on the reservation may enter or use the property unless approved in writing by the Host.



No unauthorized or undeclared pets. All pets must be properly disclosed and approved in accordance with the listing's pet policy and Airbnb requirements. Applicable service-animal rules will be honored.



Do not tamper with property equipment. Guests may not disconnect, disable, unplug, cover, move, or otherwise interfere with Wi-Fi/network equipment, permitted exterior security devices, smart-home devices, or other property systems.



Guests and visitors must respect our neighbors at all times. No excessive noise, disruptive activity, excessive vehicle traffic, blocked driveways, or other neighborhood disturbances.



Violations may be reported and handled in accordance with policies and applicable law.
