Anniversary weekend

Property is amazing. It’s right on the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and watching dolphins from the apartment at sunset! We will be back!

Birthday weekend stay in Malibu

91 year old Dads vacation

We enjoyed our stay. I was disappointed there was no handrail for the stairs. My Dad had to sleep on the couch downstairs as he felt uncomfortable going upstairs with no hand rail. We enjoyed sitting on the deck . The tide was too high to go out on the beach area. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Floating on Waves

The most important feature is the location of this property. It sits on a short cliff above the beach. This results with waves crashing into the beach under the property. The sounds of water and waves is breathtaking. This experience is spectacular and overshadowing other features of this stay. This feature alone may be worth staying at the location. The management was extremely helpful and responsive. They provided great service and their support throughout was greatly appreciated. We had some issues, but they did a great job mitigating. The owner/management were wonderful. Overall, the pictures are fairly accurate. The house is updated, cosmetically. Newer floors and decent furniture. However, it is a beach house. As such, it shows its age as an older location. First floor bathroom door did not close and the door knob was not fixed. We could not use the toilet, since the crack in the door overlooked the toilet. The dryer was not working, but this was a one-off. The manager was supportive and tried his best to mitigate. The sound of cars on the road can be heard from within the property, but not when you are closer to the water. The other issue we faced was cleanliness. We are quite particular, so it was likely fine for most. For us, it was B-. Nothing major, per se. But, things like food crumbs on the chairs and around the table, areas not vacuumed well within bedroom, and no swiffer/mop. Again, the manager was responsive and provided us with supplies.

Great property, great location! Right on the water and convenient to beaches, downtown LA, Santa Monica and airport . Moujan is very responsive - we highly recommend!

Amazing Getaway

My wife and I spent two days here for our 21st anniversary. I can’t even explain the beauty and prime spot of this location. The location has everything you would need for a getaway and is exactly what we were looking for. M(the host) was outstanding and so very easy to work with. Listening to the sounds of the waves and ocean were a total stress release from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will for sure be coming back and will bring an another couple for a retreat in the future. Thanks again to M for hosting a wonderful stay.

Fantastic property!

We had the best time at this Malibu property! House was even better than the photos. Weather was great - full Strawberry moon on Summer Solstice night. Beds were fantastic too - we all slept so well. Was very sad to leave. The owner was a dream..so nice, so available, so informative. Check in was a breeze. Don't hesitate...book it now. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Beach House

The property is lovely and exactly as described. The furniture (indoor), sheets and supplied toiletries are high-end for a rental of this price in this area. The owner/manager is very responsive and helpful, We would definitely rent this property again.

Absolutely heavenly

Malibu is a very special place for me! Being that close to the water and enjoying the best sound machine ever every night is incredible since you are right on top of it! The house is perfect for small groups and entertaining, sipping wine and having dance parties! Cooking up a storm! Also when you want to take a moment and take in the romance and also sitting and reading a book by yourself, on the patio! It’s cute, Qwaint and the perfect little cottage ! I can’t wait to come back!

Only negative was parking in front of house was tricky Was on very busy road Pacific coast highway on a bend/turn But house was great and right on the water Host was great Overall a great experience Just had to get used to the parking

Weekend Escape

Beautiful views

Our stay was amazing. The views were beautiful and the home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and seals (or sea lions, not sure which) every day. Moujan is a fabulous host and we certainly plan to return for another stay.

Great place to relax

The property is great, everything was as described & we had absolutely no problems. The reason I booked this place was for a peaceful getaway during the 4th of July weekend when my neighborhood usually sounds like a gun range with all the random fireworks going off for days. Although the waves slamming below the house can be thunderous at times, they are soothing, relaxing & mesmerizing. Then you have the fresh ocean breeze blowing into the home like oxygen being pumped into your lungs, the stay there was therapeutic.

Perfect getaway

We stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed. We spent our days looking out over the water from the balconies and even saw some dolphins. It was a great break from SF.
