A lot of people look like they live there & hang out with their doors open & people who look homeless walking around. The lady at the front desk was rude when checking out. Didn't even smile or say have a nice day when I was done checking out. I had to wait about 20 minutes for the maid to check the room before getting my deposit back.

Room was clean. Parking was a bit of a hassle. Staff was a not very nice when checking out but super nice when i checked in but maybe just having a bad day. Room was checked after so I could get my $100 deposit back and the staff claimed I left a stain. Nothing was drank on the bed other then water. And when we left we didnt see any stains and we moved all the bedding to check. Btw cribs are a $100 depost too so I skipped on that. Room was a bit noisey in the morning you could here people walking and talking outside. Some of the people around the area look a bit sketchy fyi.

The property is very run down, outdated & the outside looks like a homeless camp. There was a box truck parked at the end and a man was urinating right next to it. People hanging out in the parking lot & out of their rooms on the first floor. The landscaping needs a lot of work.

Rooms are exactly what they look like on there site which is a plus for me I'm always staying here.there are a variety of restaurants around,and walkable. staff are always nice.my only problem is I travel sometimes I come early but I cannot check in until three.

I always love staying at the Red Roof Inn when I’m in the Inland Empire. It’s always affordable, the rooms are always clean and smoke free, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast does its job, and the jacuzzi is always the right temperature!

When I checked in late arrival, the TV was left on with no remote in room. I thought that was odd? I called the front desk, they brought another remote that did not work. I had to unplug the tv since there was no on -off switch on the TV. Not real clean room, it was just old I suppose, but it could have been cleaner. Second day I did not get any coffee for the coffee maker. I do not recommend staying at this Red Roof Inn.

Outdated but served its purpose
I’m actually neutral about this stay. It’s an older property, a bit outdated. The stopper in the sink was inoperable so had to pull it out to get it to drain. The beds were comfortable and linens clean.

Staff members were friendly. We have hot water in this cold weather. The location is convenient to eating places and close to shops. The place is well lit at night. The facilities needs to be repaired. It takes a little time and effort to fix the place. For example, the shower curtain needs to be raised up so it’s not dragging 10 Inches from the floor. The kitchen cabinet drawers are broken. There were no liners under the kitchen sink. It looks unsightly. The refrigerator works but it’s wobbly. A little bit of effort to make the appliance stand on the floor, will make the place feels a little bit nice. The outside parking area have dogs pooped. I’m not going to stay here again.

The room that I stayed in had two beds it was very large I really like how big the bathroom was and the hot water is soon as you turn it on. The toilet flushed no backups they had a microwave coffee maker a sink and a stove top. I really enjoy staying here when I go see my family. Super convenient with shopping and food around you can walk or drive super close.

This is one of the best motels I have stayed at ever: 1. Room spacious and clean. 2. Fridge and microwave clean and in perfect working order. 3. Nice area. 4. Conveniently located near several restaurants and stores. 5. Friendly staff. 6. Good room rate. This motel is located about 30 minutes from Disneyland and 45 from Universal studios (with normal traffic). Distance may seem long but location is convenience to stay away from crowded areas like downtown LA or more pricey resorts in Anaheim or Buena Park.

Not happy
I guess I got what I paid for. There was one time they did not even put the towels inside the toilet & just put them on top of the bed. No toiletries supplies, no coffee. And funny thing is they don’t forget to put an envelope with the housekeeper’s name written in the envelope each day. The first day was disgusting as the bathtub was clogged & muddy. We had to change our room. Sink easily gets clogged & I only brushed my teeth.
