I had an incredibly distressing and unsafe experience at this property. I arrived at midnight to find my assigned room door standing wide open. An unidentified man, claiming to be "maintenance," was exiting the room. Upon inspection, the door frame was severely splintered and the strike plate was missing, making it physically impossible to lock or secure the door properly.
When I requested a move, the only available rooms were either located next to a loud, unresolved physical confrontation in the hallway or were smoking rooms. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was forced to stay in a smoking room that smelled heavily of tobacco and had visible burn marks, as there were no other secure options.
The property felt like an unsupervised extended-stay facility rather than a standard hotel, with residents loitering outside with personal furniture and loud arguments occurring in the middle of the night. Between the structural damage to the doors and the unauthorized person in my room at midnight, I felt completely unsafe. I have documented the damage with photos and am currently seeking a full refund through Expedia. Avoid this place if you value your safety and basic room standards.
