The dryer was not working and also the property owner was really difficult to reach on times. The central air conditioning is not present. So we had to share a single portable heater during the nights.

DON’T NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!!! this was a horrible experience I rented this for me and my family for Thanksgiving holiday. To enjoy ourselves and be in a space where we can get together and have Thanksgiving we couldn’t enjoy Thanksgiving. The stove did not work. There was no Internet the washer and dryer does not work. This was the worst case of false advertisement I ever seen. The property owner was well aware of these issues and did not care nor did anything to try to accommodate me on my family. This is a nasty and disgusting property.

We usually don’t review negatively unless it’s necessary but I truly had the worst experience in this home. First, the listing is not at all as stated. This is not a private home but a small unit in a building that’s split into different units. So basically, it’s an apartment in a sense- barely. I don’t know much about proper construction but this unit is definitely not safe by means. It’s also so run down, all drawers in the kitchen are off the hinges. The kitchen itself was dirty, nasty sponges left out. Stove completely uncleaned & silverware with stains. Even the drawer they were in had crumbs inside them, it was gross. The kitchen table was literally broken, it would swing to one side if you put anything on it. Bedrooms were the worst ever, the room next to the bathroom literally smelled like urine. The smell of urine of super crazy I was had to use one of my dogs blankets to cover the floor because I truly believe no one has cleaned it. Beds squeaky, uncomfortable & blankets weren’t even cleaned correctly. On top of everything, the host didn’t even send me instructions until asked, no information besides the code & that there was parking in the back- which was blocked. I had to ask for wifi since it wasn’t provided in any of the information. It was honestly such a terrible two nights but was able to power through since I was there for a festival. Honestly, it’s not worth how reasonable the price was. I rather pay more for than to endure how awful that place was.

Die Wohnung war dreckig, Küche verschmutzt, für 4 Personen war nicht genügend Geschirr, Besteck... vorhanden, Schränke kaputt, Ofen und Abzugshaube kaputt, Waschmaschine kaputt, Trockner nicht angeschlossen, gab auch keine passende Steckdose dafür, Einrichtung (Stuhl, Bett...) kaputt.Gastgeber war persönlich nie vor Ort. Versprach bezogen auf den Ofen Abhilfe, kam aber nichts. Meldete sich zeitweise gar nicht mehr auf unsere Anfragen. Müll wurde nicht abgeholt, stapelte sich vor den Tonnen

Clean rooms and all was good just they need better beds they to shaky and feel like you can break you can’t eve lay in the bed as well there was stuff undone need it to be done like the bathroom window lock didn’t work the washer didn’t work as it should they had a dryer but wasn’t plug in or had a plug The sofa is not a sofa bed as well The stove nob was broke But everything also was good just little details

There’s enough room on the side of the house to throw a football which my children loved!!! Gate around property. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again
