Buon albergo per visitare Los Angeles (parte nord) a due passi dagli Studios. Stanze ai piani bassi lato highway rumorosissime: ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza. Personale reception professionale e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo comunque sotto stanard europei (senza considerare costi extra di parcheggio e colazione)

Located at a convenient distance with a shuttle facility to Universal studios, we made good use of our time. The facilities were quite nice and we felt very comfortable as a family.

The parking lot never worked, U pay 42 Uds per night tax, and the room key for opening it beber worked, and the help button sometimes they just don’t answer , so I had to leave the car in garage and go to front desk for some help and anyway it didn’t worked one single time .

Had a late check in due to delayed 8 hour travel day. Once I was near the hotel, I called for directions due to roadwork closures and GPS not recognizing the access issues into the hotel. The front desk kept transferring me to a concierge desk that was closed. I drove in circles for 30 min. Finally arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm to check in to my room. Had to immediately order food and sleep due to a 7am wake up call for work. Went to bed at 12:30am and at 1:30am I was ripped out of sleep to an excruciating and startling fire alarm. I jumped out of bed panicked and ran out of my room to see what was happening. The entire floor was flashing lights and the alarm was screaming through out the halls and all rooms on my floor. A few startled guests were also out of their rooms at this time. I decided to take the stairs 9 floors down to the lobby to see what was happening. When I finally made it down, no one was in sight. Not one employee was at the front desk. I ran outside the hotel to look at the building to see if there was smoke or a fire and I saw from the windows that just my entire floor was flashing emergency lights. I went back inside to the front desk and finally someone was coming out from a side office. I explained what was happening and they had no no idea. I was assured that there was no emergency. I went back to my room and 10 min later the electricity was shut off completely. Pitch black on my entire floor. Power went back on 20 min later. I got 3 hours sleep.

Beautiful building and grounds. Shuttle a bit slow to arrive, and elevators get a bit overwhelmed at times, but otherwise all was great! Well appointed rooms, pool and hot tub were great too.

Wonderful location to Universal Studios, free shuttle from hotel and Metro station nearby to get to Hollywood Blvd. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Hotel was so nice and reasonable in price.

If you are planning to visit universal studio then this is the place to be. You can walk to the universal studio in 8 min. Shuttle runs every 15 min. View of the mountain from the room is amazing. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Will stay here again.

When we first got there, they gave us a room was that half of a joint room. Nothing like the photo on here. You walk into the room and there is a bed and walls. That’s it. My partner and I found it unacceptable considering the price we paid. So we went to the front desk to ask for an upgrade. The staff was awesome. They gave us a room on the 9th floor (no charge), the room looked exactly like the picture of the traditional king size room. Really happy at the end!

A great hotel with amazing staff. The courtesy bus to Universal Studios was awesome, but the hotel itself was walking distance (~10min). Complimentary water, drinkable in room coffee, comfortable and nothing was too hard for any staff member. As a family with 2 children, it was a fantastic hotel!!!

I didn’t realize this hotel was part of universal studios. If you have children it’s great. If your looking for quiet this is not your hotel. Children were running upstairs in the room above me hours a day which is normal for children. I had only noticed that the hotel was close to my son who was graduating from a local university.

As someone who has never stayed here I wasn’t sure what to expect. The key cards were cool a Super Nintendo Mario themed one. They worked with no issues for the room. I didn’t need it but they had a desk where you could order tickets to universal which saves time or any other info you would need. There’s an elevator should you miss to shuttle to city walk don’t walk up hill it’s a pain in the ass but instead take the elevator to the Hilton. The Starbucks is open to 11 am and they sell everything at fair price while other stuff is hotel price. Everything is very convenient and easy. I didn’t use the 24 hour gym but it’s great they have that and i also didn’t use the pool but you don’t need to bring your towels. I would definitely stay here and recommend the hotel to people. I had one minor issue that wasn’t the hotels fault but the former guest and they handled it right away. They made sure I was the priority.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Universal City and overall had a pleasant experience with a few notable points.First off, the location is fantastic—being so close to Universal Studios was incredibly convenient. It made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day at the park.However, there were a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The hallways leading to the rooms had a musty smell, and unfortunately, the rooms themselves didn't have that fresh, clean scent you'd expect. This was a bit disappointing. Furthermore, the main shower head in our bathroom didn't work, which was quite inconvenient.Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns because it has the potential to be an even better place to stay.I would recommend the Sheraton Universal City for its excellent location and comfortable beds, but I also hope they make some improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

Customer service and staff are outstanding! It was very clean and the food was good. Easy to get to Universal. They have a shuttle to transport you and comes around about every 15 min or you can walk it in 10 min. Would stay here again.
