    Come stay in this well located, very spacious and large 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom home. Located in A+ area Pico Robertson, this house can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably and includes amenities such as, free Wi-Fi, portable Roku TV, Washer Dryer, and a 80's / 90's game system for all to enjoy! We are only 5 minutes to Rodeo Dr. & very central to all sightseeing Los Angeles has to offer. (We are within 5-30 minutes to almost everything.) Walk to places of worship, markets and restaurants.

We didn’t cook, so I don’t know if the kitchen was adequately stocked. The owner was having the outside of the property updated. We were not notified that there was no parking in fyont, and the water was shut off when we first got there. The house was nice and blies yobthe things we wanted to see.

Great location for us (right off Pico). Was a comfortable house for us. The only downside was that there were fruit flies, mosquitos, and even roaches (but we hear this is normal for LA). the property managers were very communicative and helpful and the property was clean & comfortable. i'd recommend this place.

Nice place overall updated amenities with plenty of room. Only downfall was they’re building an ADU in the back and was woken up on multiple days by the crew early in the morning. We were not given notice that Construction was going on during our stay.

Perfect stay for our group

We loved the property for a home base during a trip to LA or see the Dodgers. I Found the hosts to be responsive and accommodating. The listing is perfectly accurate as well which in my experience is not always the case. I'd stay there again!

Pros: The check-in and check-out process went very smooth. I really liked that I didn’t have to start a load of laundry or run the dishwasher before checking out. The place was nice and quiet. My family stayed during the weekdays so it was quiet at night. The location was convenient, close to a main street, easy to get in and out, and had a parking spot in the driveway. Cons: The place was not as clean as I would have liked it to be, the bed in the master bedroom and the two twins beds had sand on them. The sofa bed had leftover food crumbs on it. The floors were sticky and had sand. I tried looking for a broom or vacuum to clean up but could not find one. This place really did not provide any complimentary items. No coffee pods, no spices, no condiments. There is a shared washer and dryer but I had to purchase my own soap. The shampoos, conditioners, and body wash looks like they were left from previous guest. They were mix matched. There was only two roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms for 7 people for 3 night. The sink in the 2nd bathroom was so small it literally was only fitted for a toddler. The curtains were not blackout curtains and so see through it was pointless to have them up. The neighbors could see you inside. The a/c did not work too good, I don’t think it was connected to the bedrooms. We had to turn on the a/c and the room fan on and it was still not cold enough. If you’re planning on staying here you need to bring everything or buy it beforehand.

Great place and very central to Beverly Hills. Had an issue with the smoke alarm but the hosts were communicative about it and tried to send someone out but we were not home. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. There were some gnats in the kitchen and the house stays a little hotter than we are used to, but overall it’s a beautiful home with very nice furniture in a fantastic location that is easy to get in and out of.

No response at all from the management company,send a couple of emails to multiple numbers listed thru Vrbo,also called them,no one bothered to reach out. The property was old,they had done some updates but the furniture was old,the bed linen,towels all old. In one of the bedrooms ,it didn’t seem that the bed sheets were changed as there were crumbs on it. The sofa bed was dirty,we tried to open it to use it as a bed…disgusting,I don’t think it was ever cleaned. No paper towels or any kitchen towels anywhere. Despite all this,the worst thing were the mosquitoes and fruit flies inside the house…all of us had multiple bites all over…it was crazy…never saw mosquitoes anywhere else in LA. Would not recommend!
