Puoi andare a piedi a San Vicente blvd. Vicino a 405 e 10 autostrada. Si trova su gorham avenue. Hai l'intera casa con un piccolo cortile accogliente. oltre 1700 piedi quadrati 5 minuti in auto da UCLA.
    Questo posto è anche vicino a Q's Billard Club, Cabo Cantina, BRÜ HAUS, Sushi Sasabune, Teatro Nuart, UCLA, Westwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills e Century City. Great house!

It was a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Alex was responsive to most of our requests.

A fantastic place!

This place was just perfect for the four of us. Comfortable and roomy, with some supplies in place (shampoos, etc...). Also in the kitchen (spices, oil etc.). There's a lovely little patio in the back. It's very private for being in a neighborhood with houses close together. I highly recommend staying there!

We loved it!

We stayed here with a few friends. Alex is very helpful and responsive. The check-in was easy, it’s clean and comfortable. The location is great too!

Very roomy, immaculate two bedroom

This two story rental was pristine clean. Found the thermometer hard to figure out (wanted the a/c on), texted the owner and he sent someone right over to help. They supplied nice little extras like coffee and shampoo. Location is in a nice neighborhood, and just a few minutes from trendy Montana Ave. in Santa Monica. Would recommend.

Family getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is very central to all of the places we wanted to visit. Our host was very helpful. I texted him a few questions throughout our stay and he responded very quickly and was very helpful.

Construction

This isn't exactly a house, it's adjoined to other units and unfortunately, the unit next door was being worked on from 8:00am to 6:00pm every day. Very loud and heavy construction, so it would have been nice to have been made aware of that.

Spotless house, great location

This house is so clean and well-maintained it looks brand-new. The rooms are very spacious-- more so than even the pictures suggest. Lots of comfortable living room seating. There is a nice little backyard for a morning coffee. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils-- all matching and very nice. The location is excellent for easy access to almost anywhere, as it is situated between Wilshire and San Vicente. Ample coffee, breakfast, and dining opportunities within a five to ten minute drive-- or 15 minute walk. Alex, the owner, is very helpful and responsive to all inquiries.

Lovely Accomodations

The accommodations on Gorham Ave were in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The outside grounds were beautifully maintained. The interior of the home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The furnishings were contemporary and extremely comfortable. Communication with Mr. Shirazi was efficient and completed in timely manner.

This is a beautiful and modern home that is centrally situated in the best area of los angels, with easy access to everything Los Angeles has to offer, you will find all types of activity’s around like many cute little shops, restaurants and cafes and yogas and nightlife within walking or short drive to ocean and Famous santa monica beach, everything around the home such as furniture and appliances did look newly changed, bed was comfortable and we had great night sleep and stay! The host Alex was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend

Simply Amazing Experience!

This place is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The neighborhood outside the building had a lot of life within walking distances. The apartment was walking distance to some tourist attractions, and it was close to many metros to get you to the ones further away. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Los Angeles. This space was perfectly located near great shops, restaurants and bars. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for a places to go….clearly they love their neighborhood. The rooms were cozy with thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it!

Perfect house!

This place is an absolutely beautiful large space in the perfect neighborhood. The house has a patio really nice. Whole foods 5 mins drive/15 mins walk and Farmer's Market 5 mins walk on Sunday.

Cozy Place

This place was great to stay at. It has access to many useful amenities. The area is very nice and quiet which contributes to a relaxing sensation. Overall, very clean, nicely decorated, and well-organized. I would totally recommend this place!
