The WORST experience of my life!!!! As soon as I went to check in , they say , “just to let you know we don’t have any housekeepers but if you need anything let us know” I should have known to cancel right then and there. But it was late and we had nowhere else to go, everything around was booked, so we stayed. We get to the room, and the first thing I see is HAIR in the bathtub. So I checked the bed, and of course more hair. After complaining, we get told “to stop undoing the beds!” What!? Ok. So they give us another room. We move our stuff in and when we lift the sheets to get ready for bed, the first thing in the center of the bed was more HAIR and some weird stains. So now we have to grab all of our stuff and once again go complain. The lady at the desk says to me “well I can give you a refund because I can’t have you undoing my beds” She then gives me one more room which was probably the worst out of all 3, more hair, stains, broken tv, and just dirty. With nowhere to go, we stayed. but we had to go to buy our own sheets, pillows and blankets. The next day during dinner (about an hr away) I get a call to inform me of plumbing issues so we had to come get our stuff and leave. They said we could stay but we couldn’t use the bathroom or shower. Again, what!? So at this point we left and they only offered a refund for the one night. Expedia was no help either! I found a different hotel (Hilton) & I did not use Expedia for this one which was so much better!
