Ho appena avuto una cancellazione dell'ultimo minuto per il periodo 11-17-18-11-22-18 facendo un prezzo speciale di 1/2
 Si prega di informarsi sulle offerte speciali, le faccio sempre :)
Situato in posizione superba su Ocean Blvd direttamente di fronte all'Oceano Pacifico e Bluff Park con passi per la spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada.

Questa casa è molto spaziosa con molta luce. Ci sono pavimenti in legno in tutte le zone giorno e pietra in tutti i bagni.

La proprietà è solo l'intero piano terra.

Quando varchi la porta principale, entrerai in un soggiorno con vista sull'oceano che è luminoso e aperto, vedrai la cucina gourmet con vista sull'oceano che è una delizia degli chef con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. C'è Center Island con marmo di Carrera e posti a sedere in Bistro per 4 persone. Attraverso un arco, si entra nella sala da pranzo che ha 10 posti a sedere con vista parziale sull'oceano. Ci sono porte verso l'esterno dal soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo che consente un grande divertimento.
Il patio anteriore è dotato di posti a sedere per rilassarsi e godersi un bicchiere di vino al tramonto e un Firepit.

Tutte le camere hanno qualcosa di diverso da offrire,

* La camera blu ha una vista sull'oceano con un letto matrimoniale

* La Jacuzzi Suite ha una vasca idromassaggio e doccia oversize che conduce al patio posteriore e al giardino con un letto matrimoniale

* La Suite Canopy dispone di una Mombasa con un letto king size CA e il bagno ha una grande doccia.

* La camera patio conduce direttamente sul patio posteriore, con un letto matrimoniale

* Il soggiorno con vista sull'oceano ha 2 divani letto,

* I letti aggiuntivi Queen Air sono disponibili in base al numero di ospiti che soggiornano o per richiesta

* Tutte le porte hanno dispositivi di chiusura extra per proteggere i bambini piccoli.

* Il Gated Private Garden è grande per far correre i bambini e far giocare i cani, con un ponte posteriore e una zona pranzo esterna e un barbecue a propano e 2 focolari, propano e legno sono il sistema d'onore, Guesta prende un po 'e lascia un po'.

* C'è la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita,

* C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice, il sapone da bucato non è fornito,

3 night stay

Perfect place for a large get-together. Called Susan a couple of times with questions when we were there. She responded back immediately and couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. There was also a handyman that helped with questions and who was also very helpful with my dumb issues.The place was clean, comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen had all items we needed for cooking our one meal at home. There is a nice back yard for relaxing and reading. We enjoyed long coffee chats every morning in the front ‘porch’ area. It was so comfortable and the view was so nice that we had a hard time getting moving each day. It was our first time in Long Beach and we were all impressed with the area and with the location of the house. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it actually was.If we were to go back to Long Beach, we would definitely stay here again. T.S.

Little piece of paradise!

Perfect communication and warm welcoming! We were stunned by the plethora of cookware and the accommodations were clean and beautiful! Our family met there for a long weekend with our yorkies and we loved every minute of it! The neighbor was so kind! He offered us a dog stroller! The jacuzzi was fantastic! The view was great and the location even better. We were so impressed that we have decided to visit more often! Absolutely loved our getaway!

Stunning Villa!

Gorgeous home steps from beach….

Susan is a wonderful host! She graciously allowed us an earlier check-in and later check-out time because we were only there for one night. Susan greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a full tour of the home and the property. Susan responded to my questions on the VRBO site (and thru text) within minutes. The home is on a busy street, but the house is well-insulated and we didn’t have any problems parking three cars. We enjoyed the many amenities such as the pool/air hockey table, electric darts, jacuzzi, and front porch seating. Our grandkids loved the hidden staircase that leads to the gym equipment. Susan and her husband brought in extra pillows, and gave recommendations for nearby entertainment. AC worked well and there were no problems within the home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Another Awesome Stay

We stayed here in 2018 and came back because we love the house and the location. The owners are incredibly kind and invested in making their home special. Loved the new pool table/game room, hot tub, and new patio furniture in front. Walk to Belmont Shore. $1.25 8-minute bus ride to downtown on the 121 line. Catch the sunset on the patio and watch the world go by!

Long Beach half marathon stay in October

Location for half marathon on Ocean Blvd was perfect for our family group of 6 adults & a 2 year old, who loved going to the beach across the road every day! House was great with nice bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone, great kitchen & fantastic view out the front windows! Front porch was nice during the evening, and fenced in, very green back yard was great with our son’s dog & the 2 year old. Toys and lots of beach towels were greatly appreciated as the temps were in the 80’s for our 5 day stay! Susan was great letting us in early upon arrival & giving us a tour of the house! We enjoyed going out to eat most evenings & had fun going to the Aquarium! The home is older than we expected with some door & window issues, but overall a great place for our stay watching our two sons run the half marathon together! Just a reminder, the rental is the entire lower or main level of the home & there were 2 upper level units for longer term rentals which were heard above us but was not a big issue. Thanks for sharing your space Susan…we all had a great time!

Short but wonderful stay

We had a large group of 9 leaving on a cruise. We needed to board early and decided we didn’t want to leave Arizona at 3 or 4 in the morning the day of our departure. This beautiful property was a perfect base camp allowing our group to arrive the day before our cruise. The process was smooth and we highly recommend the property for a short or preferably longer stay.

First LBC fam stay

Overall very impressed with the house & amenities! It was stocked with just about everything needed to cook & entertain. We did have to purchase more toilet paper & paper towels. We also ran out of trash bags. The beds & couches(inside &front patio) were not the most comfortable. That being said I would still recommend staying as well as renting again!!

Just what we needed

A beautiful home that was perfect for our family. Unfortunately we were in town for a memorial service, however the hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Even dropping off flowers and a card offering their condolences. The ease of the stay was one less thing we needed to worry about.

Perfect size for family

Beautiful house with enough room for 5 adults and 3 kids. Great location to the boardwalk! The backyard is a beautiful hang out spot with perfect weather. The kitchen is well stocked. A few issues with not enough toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels but was quickly supplied when we notified Susan. The kitchen is supplied with almost everything you could think of. My only recommendation is to get another medium/large frying pan. We could only find one small stainless steel frying pan and it made making scrambled eggs in the morning for our party of 8 next to impossible. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home!
