Torri dell'oceano occidentale! Il condominio è nuovo, soleggiato, luminoso e ben progettato pensando al relax. Di fronte a ovest e nord, il sole di mezzogiorno consente pomeriggi pigri. West Ocean Towers è senza dubbio il miglior edificio residenziale di Long Beach. Il balcone di grandi dimensioni ha un grande tavolo con 6 sedie che lo rende perfetto per cenare all'aperto. Situato nella migliore e più nuova torre alta nel centro di Long Beach. Situato al secondo piano.

L'intera struttura è impeccabilmente pulita e è stata impiegata una grande quantità di tempo per soddisfare ogni tua esigenza, così puoi rilassarti nella tua casa perfetta lontano da casa.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e contiene tutto il necessario per soddisfare voi stessi tra cui: tutta la cucina a gas in acciaio inossidabile include, lavastoviglie, piano cottura a gas con 5 fuochi, forno elettrico, frigorifero con congelatore e fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno a microonde, lavatrice asciugatrice impilabile oltre a aria condizionata, riscaldamento ad aria forzata e luci sottopiano.

Tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici tra cui:
piastra per waffle, frullatore, miscelatore manuale, mix-master, tostapane, pentola di terracotta, macchina per il caffè, macinacaffè per caffè, pentole e padelle, tazze e bicchieri, posate e calici, piatti, ciotole, taglieri ... tutto il necessario e fornito!

Questa proprietà si adatta anche a chiunque visiti la città per affari che richiede una posizione ideale e conveniente vicino al quartiere degli affari.

Tutte le pentole e padelle, dispensa personalizzata, piccoli e grandi elettrodomestici sono inclusi. I rivestimenti per finestre personalizzati "dall'alto verso il basso verso l'alto" assicurano la massima ombra all'interno e le sfumature di oscuramento in entrambe le camere da letto, consentendo di dormire in qualsiasi momento. Un ventilatore a soffitto nella camera da letto principale offre una brezza rinfrescante per quelle serate calde. Due ulteriori fan sono nel condominio.

C'è il riscaldamento elettrico e l'aria condizionata nel condominio.

Il soggiorno è arredato con gusto ed eleganza. È dotato di un divano personalizzato, comode sedie a sdraio, arredi della metà del secolo e un grande tavolino in vetro con colori e illuminazione personalizzati completano il soggiorno. Il soggiorno può ospitare comodamente 6. La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo in teak con sedie in teak e può ospitare 6 persone. Il soggiorno ha anche un HGTV a schermo piatto da 40 'con cavo Spectrum tra cui HBO, Showtime e oltre 50 canali e radio. Inoltre, molti libri e giochi per intrattenere tutti. La camera da letto principale è composta da un bellissimo e molto comodo letto king size, ventilatore a soffitto, sveglia e ampio spazio di archiviazione Un bagno en-suite con ripiani in granito, doppio lavabo, un sacco di spazio, un asciugacapelli e un grande specchio per aiutarti a prepararti per quella notte in città o evento aziendale. Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola. Il secondo bagno ha una combinazione vasca / doccia con bordi in granito più un grande specchio. Entrambi i bagni hanno tutte le luci accese sui dimmer e sono dotate di ventilatori elettrici. Le camere da letto hanno finestre apribili insieme al soggiorno per l'aria fresca.

La seconda camera da letto è composta da un letto matrimoniale che offre un sonno confortevole. Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola. Entrambe le camere sono tappezzate di grandi finestre che si affacciano sul balcone soleggiato.

Le tonalità oscuranti personalizzate sono presenti in entrambe le camere. Entrambe le camere hanno finestre gestibili per un ottimo flusso d'aria. Entrambe le camere hanno armadi con organizzatori armadio personalizzati con un sacco di appendiabiti. Ampio spazio per i cassetti nella camera da letto principale. Secondo bagno attraverso la sala.

Ci sono molte sale riunioni e spazi tranquilli nelle aree comuni, tra cui due palestre ben attrezzate e barbecue. L'edificio offre una suite per gli ospiti che può essere affittata per ospiti extra. Sono inclusi anche due posti auto custoditi e custoditi. Il garage è recintato e gestito con un apriscatole. La costruzione superiore include una doppia parete asciutta per un trasferimento minimo del rumore.

Il corridoio alla moda di Pine Street è a soli tre isolati di distanza. Molti ristoranti, negozi, cinema e teatri sono tutti nelle immediate vicinanze. L'edificio è situato alla fine dell'autostrada 710, quindi raggiungere luoghi e dintorni della California meridionale tra cui Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Pasadena, Aeroporto di Long Beach, Contea di Orange, tutte le spiagge e South Bay è molto semplice. Il capolinea della METRO Blue Line è anche a tre isolati di distanza, rendendo molto semplice il tragitto verso il centro di Los Angeles o Union Station. La città, che è stata classificata nelle prime 25 città da Bicycle Magazine, ha 45 miglia di piste ciclabili. È una zona fantastica e piatta per andare in bicicletta.

La città di Long Beach offre anche l'opportunità di visitare la maestosa Queen Mary. Un tempo la regina era il transatlantico più veloce e lussuoso del mondo. Oggi aggiunge ancora colore e un retro cachet al porto di Long Beach e intrattiene i passeggeri nei ristoranti e nei tour storici.

My family of four stayed at the condo for one month. The unit is very comfortable and clean. The building has nice amenities. And the location is super-convenient. I would stay there again for sure.

This condo is a great location for all the events, parties, festivals, boating, premiers and local beaches that Long Beach offers all year. It is close to shopping, restaurants and a comfortable movie theater with all the current movies. We had everything needed from lots of kitchen dishes to an abundant of furniture and all the little things needed to enjoy your stay. The condo building has very good security and an amazing pool.

Upon arrival, the couch cushions were off the couch (drying due to an obvious recent steam clean) SMELLED LIKE MILDEW & URINE! Tom offered no solutions outside of sending out the couch cleaning crew who offered to steam clean the couch again and lose the couch for 2+ days. Tom simply acting as of the problem didn’t exist. I covered the couch in blankets the entire trip The Floors & Chairs were COVERED in dog hair. It was obvious that the place wasn’t cleaned between our stay and the previous guests. I told Tom about Nothing there for dogs. Bring own bowl exc. Every cabinet and drawer is full of Tom’s personal belongings. He had the the kitchen cabinets full of old magazines, dirty candlestick holders, oversized vases, decorative ‘stuff’ and lots of other stuff that I had to move so the home was useable for my 45 day stay. Tom describes a desk to work from with empty drawers. But it’s full of his stuff.WiFi was AWFUL(1.9 MB/s). Was unable to work from condo.His pantry was filthy! Everything was expired and covered in cooking grease. Once again, in order to fill the pantry with my things, I had to CLEAR & CLEAN out things from previous guestsEverything in kitchen is worn out, rusty and UNORGANIZED. I had to throw away 1+ Trash bags of pantry items (open cereal boxes) bathroom items (open milk of magnesia) It was obvious that the place wasn’t cleaned much at all between our visit and the previous guests. One couldn’t miss a half opened box of CHEERIOS. There was dried spill of a liquid on the entire wall and tv when we arrived. We cleaned the TV. Another example that the place isn’t properly cleaned. Ceiling Fan had a MONTH’s of dust. I never turned it on because of this. The Baseboards/under furniture were full of the same LONG GREY DOG HAIR. I was HIGHY ALLERGIC to the master bed room due to amount dander in the carpet from a lack of proper cleaning. Lights in kitchen out were laughable. 3/10 of the bulbs were completely out. 2/10 of the bulbs were so dim that they were ineffective after dark. The vent above front door is thick in dust. I I could go on and on about the disgusting aspects of this house! The pictures in bedroom fell off wall multiple times. Unsafe picture frames. Almost landing on my pet.He listed the Master BedRoom curtains as ‘blackout’. Yet, we found a note on the curtains saying ‘DO NOT USE - DECORATIVE ONLY’ Bike seat is lose/broken! No maintenance between guests. Relies on the Condo’s manager to run his rentals and, while she’

Very pleasant 2 BR 2 BA condo in Downtown Long Beach. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. Property owner Tom was really great and responsive. Condo building is well managed with good parking and a fitness center. My dog loved it as well. Highly recommended!

Ideal location. Walk out the apartment door and in a minute walking down the best section of Ocean Blvd. Go out the back door and in a couple minutes walking the pier along the Aquarium, restaurants, shops, then onto the beach: long and wide and safe. Bikes are ready to go and the paths go on forever. Hop in the car, and your a block from the 710 to get you anywhere fast. Be sure to drive the new billion dollar bridge over the port— no longer a confusing drive through industry and truck congestion— spectacular view and now minutes from the growing harbor area of San Pedro and the cliffs of Palos Verde. The apartment itself was spacious and better stocked than our home. Comfortable living room with large TV, large kitchen with all the amenities, dishes, cutlery, etc etc. Two parking spaces meant it was easy for our daughter to visit without any parking difficulties. Extremely safe with fob controlled gate access and only 6 condos per floor, plus fobs only permit access to your floor and common space, so no one else is even on your floor. Speaking of safety, the guards at the doors are super nice and make you feel at home. The grounds are extremely clean, including the huge pool, bbq, and fireplace area. We complimented the gentleman wiping handles and washing floors: so nice and thorough, especially during COVID. Tom even stocked the apartment with a box of masks and bottles of hand sanitizer. Thank you Tom for creating such a great place to stay, and Monicka for welcoming, orienting, and managing the apartment itself.

We are a retired couple and have been spending winters in warm climates. We were lucky to pick Tom's condo unit. We loved staying at Tom's place. The building is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We used the pool (88 degrees), hot tub, and the gym almost daily. The outdoor barbeque was super, it was cleaned every morning. The gym is as well equipped as any commercial gyms I've seen. Tom's unit is more then well equipped. The TV had all the channels with nearly all premium channels available along with access to Netflix and Amazon. The beds were very comfortable. The only negatives would be the couch is uncomfortable to us. Tom is very responsive to any requsts or problems. We would definatly stay here again if we return to Long Beach.

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk to downtown, the Pike and Shoreline Village is great. The condo is clean and nicely furnished and feels large for the square-footage. Having AC, two secure parking spots, WiFi, bicycles and laundry machines makes for an easy stay. The staff is fantastic, they accept online grocery deliveries in the lobby and are always there to answer your questions. The tower is surprisingly quiet, we never heard any of our neighbors. Tom spent over an hour with me at check-in going over the condo, parking and the building amenities. This is a great condo in a fantastic location!

The condo provided everything we needed and more. The kitchen was so well equipped that I wanted for nothing when cooking elaborate Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Tom clearly takes pride in the condo; it is appealing, very clean and well cared for. The building amenities were amazing - beautiful pool area, hot tub, sauna, grills, outdoor fireplaces, and billiards. The condo is located in downtown Long Beach. The building is very secure. Tom was a helpful, responsive and patient host. Five stars.

I recently stayed at Tom’s West Ocean Towers condo on business. Everything was top notch. I could walk to the office and the many restaurants & stores in the surrounding area. I’m hoping my company has me again on a lengthy stay in Long Beach. I loved everything about it!!

This was by far the best experience I had while in a holiday. Tom is one great guy and words can’t describe how helpful he was in everything we needed . The cleanest , the safest , the best placed condo we could possibly find . Thank you for everything TOM and I hope to be back soon.

The apartment is beautiful and in a great location; walkable to The Pike and Pine Street. The apartment staff are very friendly and accommodating to ensure ease of living. Tom is also a very attentive and responsive host. We definitely recommend this gem to anyone and would love to come back!

I frequently come to Long Beach on business. This is a great location. This is by far the best vacation rental I have stayed. The owner pays attention to many details and I look forward to returning when in the Long Beach area. 5 stars!!

Tom was very helpful and responsive. The condo was spacious and very neat. Beds were very comfy. I would have liked more comfortable living room furniture, but overall a nice condo to rent at Long Beach!

It's a wonderful, nicely appointed apartment in a well-tended building with very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our three month stay! Tom is a caring and thoughtful owner who went above and beyond to ensure a fun stay.
