“The suite is great plenty of room for 6 adults. Haveing the kitchen is a bonus for people that don't mine making some meals while on vacation. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive and accommodating. I flight was moved back several hours and we were allowed to say a little later in the room with little notice. “This is a great new condo unit. Only 6 units and there was only one other one occupied while we were there. First couple of days there were power issue which are common in the area, the rest of the stay no issues. It is well stocked for cooking. Pool is refreshing and hot tub warms up in a few hours. Would have been nice to have had lounge chairs around the pool, but other than that it was great. We had one issue with a drain and Carlo had it taken care of immediately. Great host, great property...

“Beautiful property with a fantastic view from the deck. The beach was perfect, and the owners supply chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear. The condo was fully stocked, clean and comfortable. The pool is small, but we prefer the ocean. The pool deck is a beautiful place to lay in the sun. Incredibly easy to find as it is located right on the side of the highway. Very quiet and friendly maintenance staff. All appliances worked great, internet was never an issue. Overall, an amazing condo and location....

“Great quiet location about 1 mile South of the main section of Los Barriles. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker. The unit has decent water pressure in the shower. The view is unreal. Nice little deck. The condo has a nice pool and access to the beach. There are quite a few stairs to get around the unit, but steps are good for you. I would stay here again.”

“Great value. Pictures are accurate; while the older fixtures and decor are not “on trend” they are functional and clean and at this price, who cares. AC in both living room and bedroom worked very well, and shower had strong water pressure and range of temps. Good supply of linens (including beach towels), and portable beach chairs and umbrella if you want to drive elsewhere. Washer-dryer was convenient to pack light. “This place is not fancy but has everything you need for cooking, comfortable bed, and best of all, amazing view to watch a sunrise off the balcony. The beach is beautiful right outside the building. It’s quiet and peaceful and feels very safe. A small grocery tienda is a few minutes walk. It’s best to have a car to go to Los Barriles. We’ll be back!”

"Bella struttura ma lontano da tutto (un pò difficile da raggiungere si consiglia SUV per affrontare uno sterrato di un pò di kilometri). La stuttura è anche un pochino datata (non tutto funziona), ma belle le due piscine (che si possono utilizzare anche la sera) e il ristorante funziona davvero bene (ottimi cibi messicani). Paesaggio incantevole. Colori del mare caraibici e snorkeling che merita."
