“IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”

“This place was nice and quiet. I can’t complain about the room. The only thing I didn’t like is that it says they provide breakfast but they don’t. They provide fruit, wrapped bread and something to drink. Not hot breakfast at all. Other than the staff was nice and the stay was good.”

“The breakfast was standard. But a nice bonus! My room was clean. The place is a bit dated but again, clean. The room had some issues that could certainly be addressed. The threshold to the bathroom was damaged and is a accident waiting to happen. No hair dryer, damaged towel rack etc. But overall comfortable bed, clean linens, clean floors.”
