Misty Hills at Finca Katrina - a gorgeous apartment with amazing views

Misty Hills is a full apartment at Finca Katrina. With a spacious kitchen, living room and master suite. Enjoy the views from above the tree line and down the valley from two different balconies. Walk the beautiful property of Finca Katrina. A short 10-min drive to downtown Boquete and 15-min to some of the best hiking trails in the area.

About Finca Katrina

Finca Katrina is a truly unique property, with a beautiful garden and centrally located. This property is ideal for birdwatchers, hikers and people who love the outdoors. You can pick fresh vegetables from the garden and buy newly laid eggs from the neighbor. The sun rises over the mountain as you drink your coffee on the terrace in the morning. The local bus passes every 20 minutes or you can walk to town to have lunch in one of the many excellent restaurants that Boquete has to offer. In the evening, as you enjoy the tranquility of the garden, you will see a few locals pass by as they return from the days labors. Everyone waves and greets you.

Guest access

The apartment is set in a fully fenced spacious garden that is planted with flowers and garden vegetables. It is the second level of a new construction house, at the front of the property. Parking is covered and on the ground floor, below the unit.

Misty Hills, and each unit at Finca Katrina, has keys for guests to access the unit and secure their belongings.

You will be able to prepare all your meals at home if you wish because the large kitchen is fully equipped.

Other things to note

Boquete has a Springlike climate. You will need walking shoes and outdoor clothes, but only one lightweight jacket.

Beautiful Location / Great Property

This apartment is gorgeous. Well equipped, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and the view is NEXT LEVEL! Close enough to walk downtown (pack walking shoes, it’s 4km/2.5 miles) and accessible to all activities. Local dogs can be noisy, but they did not deter our stay at all. Cristian, the property manager was VERY RESPONSIVE and helpful. Perhaps the best location we’ve ever stayed in. It is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway!

The picturesque setting gets full marks. Christian the caretaker is a great guy, very resourceful. My having some exposure to Abnbs leads to to advise the owner to pack up all personal items and store them to look back on if needed. Provide new kitchen utensils for visitors. Potentially one of the best places in Boquete.

Great location and views let down by bug infestation

Positives - great location , great viewsNegatives - bug infestations due to patio door ill fitting 1/2 inch gap under doors so bugs just walk right in every day!Dog rehoming centre only 100m away so has loud non stop barking 24hrs a day ruining the tranquillity of the area.Originally booked here as was looking to buy in this area there is no way I would do this after staying here the area is let down by all the above issues. To the owners you NEEDTO FIX THE PATIO DOOR URGENTLY AND TO GET TGE BUG MAN IN REGULARLY.Would we stay here again no way we should have left after the first couple of days but gave it the benefit of the doubt
