Questa spaziosa casa comprende 2 re, 3 regine, 3 rotelle doppie (6 gemelli) e un divano letto matrimoniale nella sala ricreativa. La grande cucina ben attrezzata con isola centrale, stufa Jenn Aire e doppio forno offre molto spazio per tutta la famiglia da condividere nella preparazione dei pasti. Godrai della vista sull'oceano mentre cucini o ti siedi sul grande tavolo da cucina con 8 posti a sedere. La cucina è aperta sulla tana, così come la vicinanza al grande barbecue in acciaio inossidabile sul patio posteriore a pochi passi dalla porta della cucina. Una delle più belle viste sulla costa si trova nel cortile privato, dove il patio è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi, godersi un drink e ammirare le splendide viste su Morro Bay e sull'oceano. Il comodo set da patio ha abbastanza posti a sedere per otto.

C'è un bellissimo soggiorno separato, una camera familiare con TV a schermo piatto da 50 ', audio surround e connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità. Una spaziosa sala ricreativa con vista sull'oceano è dotata di un tavolo da gioco, tavolo da biliardo, PIANO, stereo e mobile bar. Giochi e libri per bambini e adulti inclusi.

Le tre camere da letto al piano superiore includono l'enorme suite padronale con vista spettacolare con un letto matrimoniale e uno dei 3 caminetti a gas. Ci sono due cabine armadio, un bagno padronale con una grande vasca idromassaggio e doccia. Mentre guardi fuori dall'enorme vetrata puoi guardare i cervi nel cortile sul retro, mentre ammiri la splendida vista sull'oceano dall'interno o sul balcone di questa fantastica stanza.

Al piano superiore camera da letto 2 ha un letto matrimoniale di lusso e un letto a rotelle doppio (2 gemelli) con una TV. Un grande cursore del patio ti porta sul ponte dove sentirai l'odore degli eucalipti mentre ti godi la spettacolare vista sull'oceano.

Al piano superiore la camera da letto 3 è molto spaziosa e ha un altro lussuoso letto matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale estraibile.

Questa casa è dotata di 2 presepi, 2 pacchetti e giochi, una culla, seggioloni e un passeggino.

La camera da letto di livello principale 1 ha un comodo letto con materasso extra spesso KING e ha un facile accesso proprio all'interno dell'ingresso della casa e adiacente al bagno completo, al soggiorno formale e alle sale da pranzo. Non sono necessarie scale per accedere alla casa o alle camere da letto di livello principale.
La camera da letto al livello principale 2 è molto spaziosa con un letto pillow top QUEEN, un letto estraibile e una TV.

Great place for our big family .. my wife & I along with our 4 adult kids and little ones. The kids loved playing in the backyard, the beach & hiking are a 12 minute drive away. The house was great, hosts were very receptive.. our kids voted to do it again next year!

Can’t beat the location, love that area. Large home, lots of space. We traveled with families that had small kids and bigger ones, it was great for all of us. Host was slow in responding sometimes, and then super responsive other times. Didn’t always understand our needs, but overall, we were happy and would stay again.

Our stay was amazing. The views of Morro rock from the house were awesome. The neighborhood is a nice, quiet place to vacation. Check in and everything else went smoothly. My parents and family had a wonderful time.

The view is phenomenal! You can see Morro Rock from the upstairs bedrooms & from the backyard. The location is close to all of the sites. Very spacious & clean home - accommodates both extroverts & introverts. The house is well appointed - stocked with everything you could possibly need & ample parking in the driveway. We had an amazing stay. Denise is great with communications! Would give 12 stars if I could.

My extended family stayed a week in this wonderful house for a family reunion and birthday celebration for our mother. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the spectacular views delighted my 87-year old mother who has limited mobility. Our host Denise went above and beyond by decorating the house for her birthday, in addition to providing lots of helpful advice on bakeries, restaurants, etc. (She is the most thorough and thoughtful VRBO host I’ve ever worked with.) It can be hard to find a house that has kitchen, dining, and bathroom facilities sufficient to match the number of beds & bedrooms, but this one does, easily. We never felt cramped. All 10 of us enjoyed watching the wonderful variety of wildlife who visited the property: bunnies, quail, red-shouldered hawks, and even a raccoon and a coyote! I highly recommend this rental. Thank you Denise!

There were 6 of us who travel to fun places at least once per year. This is the first time we have traveled together since July, 2022 and this was the perfect place and location. This house has lots of room with several gathering areas. Most important enough beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. Great home to stay in. We were a group of 16 friends that get together 1x a year. This was our 39th year and 2nd time staying here. Room for everyone, home is well stocked with all kitchen and linen items. The view can’t be beat and we enjoyed sitting out in the back yard. Comfortable beds, great communication, clean home. You want to stay here!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space for the 4 different families (my parents, my 2 sisters and their families, and my family), even with the weather not being great and needing to spend more time in the house than anticipated. The house also had a bunch of useful items for our kids- high chairs and booster seats, pack and plays and cribs, and toys for the older kids. The view is wonderful, and there is a nice yard for kids to play in. We made the short drive into Montana de Oro for a hike in the dunes which was fun for the whole family. We would definitely stay again!

This was the absolute perfect property for our stay. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home had absolutely stunning views from the kitchen, dining room and two of the bedrooms as well as the back yard. This is a large home and there was plenty of room for our family to either hang out together or spread out for a bit of private relaxation. While a bit dated in places, the homeowner is definitely working on modernizing and the home is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is available. The game rooms, both pool and ping pong tables, provided entertainment when the weather was not conducive to being outside. Plenty of space to allow the family to dine together. The home is conveniently located within minutes of Los Osos and several state parks as well as only a short drive to Morro Bay. The homeowner was very responsive to any and all questions and provided a bunch of information about things to do, restaurants, entertainment, etc in the area. Highly recommend if you need a large, comfortable home to host family or friends. The gorgeous view and game rooms are icing on the cake! 5 stars all around!

Los Osos is a gorgeous place with lots of nearby trails and scenic beauty. The house itself was so comfortable with such magnificent views of Morro Bay, we might never have ventured out! Between the pool table, pingpong table, and piano playing we were well-entertained. The kitchen was fantastic for our group that prefers to self-cater on vacation. The first floor accessibility (bedrooms and all gathering areas) was perfect for the mobility impaired elders. And there are about 20 species of bird that happily pass through the back yard, especially in response to bird seed. We couldn't recommend this rental property more highly.

We had our first stay in los Osos with extended family. I needed to find somewhere to fit a multitude of us. This worked perfectly! The house had nearly every amenity we could need, infant items, toys for children to play with, games for adults to play, a Kitchen with every gadget you could need and even beach items. We happened to visit on a weekend there was a heat wave and did not realize the property did not have AC but had plenty of fans to help. We were pleasantly surprised with the smart tvs in each room. This cozy home is in a beautiful neighborhood in a cute town where everyone around seemed kind, and actually said hi to you when you walked past. We hope to return with our family one day!

Home was just what we were looking for. No one felt cramped or unable to find a private space. Allowed everyone in the family to stay under one roof to experience coffee in the mornings with stunning views, happy hour out back in the beautiful backyard and fantastic football Sunday. We were here for my son’s wedding on Saturday in SLO. It was the perfect extended weekend. Thanks for your hospitality.
