“Stayed in the Junior suite, 28th floor, loved the building, clean and modern facilities, walking distance from coffee shops. Area was very safe for walking at nights alone, beautiful terrace area, pool. Check in was the only glitch; host did not provide check in instructions on time so caused a delay at my check in . Overall definitely a great experience and I would recommend and return. ”

“The property is literally falling apart. There is no electrical outlets, the chair by the small desk is ripped and the tv dangles in the wall. There is no channels. The windows have never been cleaned by looking at the amount of dirt on the inside. The bathroom is a mess, the toilet is loose both the tank and bowl. “This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge.
