This three bedroomed spacious farmhouse apartment with private hot tub and free wifi is ideal for those who relish to be surrounded by nature . Our unique rustic apartment has been recently refurbished to include a modern loft style open plan kitchen, living and dining area with spectacular sea and valley views. Full of rustic character , this charming property offers a perfect setting for your rural holiday. Sleeping up to six, ideal for families , couples and friends with enough space to cater for everyones needs. Outside , the property has its own secluded BBQ and dining area located under a shady vine canopy perfect for al fresco dining during the warmer months. You can stroll through the private orchard of the garden or relax in the chill out area and sun terrace , while you savour the breathtaking views of the Orotava Valley and the Atlantic Ocean across to the island of La Palma. Just a ideal base for exploring the island and a perfect holiday retreat!!

Ruhiges Objekt in den Weinbergen

Wir haben die Woche in dem wirklich großen Appartement sehr genossen. Es fehlt nichts , es ist ruhig und man kann es sich vor dem Kaminofen gemütlich machen, wenn es denn mal etwas kühler wird. Man ist immerhin auf etwa 700m über dem Meer und abends und morgens kann es Ende Oktober schon mal etwas kühler sein.

La casa es bonita y muy espaciosa, tanto el interior como el exterior, muy acogedora y limpia. La zona es muy tranquila y la vista preciosa. Eso si, se necesita coche si o si, las cuestas son muy empinadas. Nancy nos recomendó excursiones y sitios caseros para comer, y lo agradecimos mucho. Estaba pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. En resumen, volveríamos encantados: a la isla, y a la casa. 😊

Lovely quiet country holiday

Had a very relaxing stay in this lovely property in a beautiful setting. It was in winter and the house got a little cold even with the heating on (except for the great living room area with the fire going). The outside bbq/spa area looked a bit different from the pictures at this time of the year but was still very nice. A couple of minor hiccups (key and hot water) were promptly fixed by Lesley. Very enjoyable, thank you!

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnatmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und von mehreren schönen Aussensitz- und Liegeplätzen umgeben. Eine gedeckte Terrasse fehlte uns manchmal (Regen). Der Blick aus Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche ist wunderbar. Aufgrund des teil kühlen und nassen Novemberwetters genossen wir das Kaminfeuer abends umso mehr. Das Holz wurde uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Lesley und Team waren freundlich, unkompliziert und präsent. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut und praktisch. Erwähneneswert ist der Whirlpool den wir kostenlos benutzen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses eignet sich, um mit den Auto zu teils nahe gelegenen Wanderungen aufzubrechen. Wenn das Wetter an der Nordküste unfreundlich war, haben wir uns an die Südküste aufgemacht zum Wandern und Baden - alles wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus wieder wählen. Schöne, moderne Finca im Norden von Teneriffa

Erstmal herzlichen Dank an die nette, kundenorientierte und super flexible Lesley! Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ist sehr modern und top! Der Kamin ist ein absolutes Plus und dank unerschöpflichen Holzvorrat ein Garant für gemütliche Abende! Kleines Minus ist, dass man nicht direkt auf die Terrasse kann, dafür entschädigt der Whirlpool! Dank der Lage ist es sehr ruhig und relaxt, das Städtchen ist aber nah genug mit einem Auto. Wie im Norden der Insel wohl üblich ist es leider lokal öfter bewölkt gewesen. Insgesamt ein schöner, relaxter Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank

Casita las vinas

We stayed for two months in February and March. The house is half way up the mountain that is the volcano, overlooking the ocean. Because we were so high, we spent a lot of time in the clouds. Lesley met us at the local Lidl supermarket. We managed to arrive at the wrong one, but Lesley sorted it out. The house is divided into four units. We had the largest three bedroom one. The property is well maintained with constant maintenance from the couple who live next door(who do not speak english). We had a few problems with the hot water but Lesley took care of it. The road to the property is very narrow , with lots of hairpin turns. It could be quite unnerving when you meet a coach coming the other way, but most of the island is like that once you get off the four lane highway that runs around most of the island The property is well appointed with most items available. The outside area is allocated according to which appartment you have. Ours seemed to be the biggest, although all the trees in the photographs have been cut down. This meant that there was very little shade, although with all the cloud it was not a problem. Overall, a very pleasant stay on a very pleasing island

Tolles Haus, sehr gepflegt, schöne Lage, nette Vermieterin

Als vierköpfige Familie haben wir 12 schöne Tage in Lesleys toller großer (180 qm) Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Das ganze Haus und Anwesen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung passend zum kanarischen Stil, kombiniert mit moderner Ausstattung. Eine tolle Küche, schöne Bäder, gemütlich eingerichtet und unglaublich viel Stauraum. Für uns blieb kaum ein Wunsch offen ( höchstens das Wetter, aber das lag nicht in Lesleys Hand). Im neuen Jacuzzi finden vier Personen ohne Probleme Platz. Leider waren die Aussenanlagen dort noch nicht ganz fertig, aber es wird sicherlich schön. Auch die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche und reichlich Hand- und Badetüchern war super. Einzig die Gartenmöbel könnten erneuert werden. Ohne den netten Abholservice am Lidl ist das Anwesen mit seinen drei Wohnungen nicht zu finden. Aber auch das verlief prima und Lesleys Weißwein bescherte ein herzliches Willkommen. Ein Auto ist unverzichtbar und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Dafür wohnt man im Grünen und abseits vom Trubel des Tourismus. Wer das mag, ist hier genau richtig. Lesley war für uns immer telefonisch oder über WhatsApp erreichbar.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.

Vert pleasant location with expansive views of the coastline - the local restaurants were very good. The hot tub was a fun addition. I hadn't realised there were 3 apartments/casas in one building so not as private or quiet as I had expected.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in den Bergen

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, für 6 Personen prima geeignet, komplett ausgestattet. Herrliche Grillstelle mit tollem Blick über Puerto de la Cruz auf den Atlantik. Die Lage ist einerseits toll - weil wirklich ruhig, andererseits ist ein Auto unbedingt notwendig. Einziges kleines Manko: wir waren über Ostern da (31.03.-07.04.) und trotz sehr angenehmer Temperaturen von gut 20° C draußen, blieb es in der Wohnung ziemlich frisch.

AGREABLE SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette île de Ténérife que nous ne connaissions pas du tout. Bien située sur la route menant au pic du Teide, surplombant la mer avec une vue magnifique, a proximité de nombreuses zones touristiques, la ferme entourée de vignes de Lesley Caroline nous a enchantés. Notre hôtesse serviable a été réactive pour résoudre les petits problèmes que nous pouvions rencontrer. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Modern house with spectacular view

We enjoyed staying Lesley's house. It is situated in the middle of vineyards and has a fantastic view on the coast of Tenerife. The house is well equipped with modern appliances. For instance, there were several cold days at the end of Feb, but with the heating system and even a fire place it was still very cozy. Next time we plan to come in summer to Tenerife, when we can take full advantage of the beautiful patio.

Sehr nette Wohnung mit viel Platz

Der Transfer zum Gebäude erfolgte problemlos. Die Wohnung ist groß und modern. Ein Gärtner/Hausmeister (nur spanisch) versorgt den Komplex einmal am Tag. Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr schöner Blick über Puerto de la Cruz und prima Außenanlage auch für Kinder. -1 Stern, da bei 13Grad Abends/Nachts schlecht gedämmt, recht kühl und schwer beheizbar. Der Kamin ist nützlich, aber mit dem teilweise feuchten Wein/Olivenbaumholz kaum geruchsfrei zu betreiben. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen, Internet ging ausreichend. Wer nicht unbedingt deutsches Fernsehen braucht oder mit kleineren Kindern ausgerechnet in einem kalten Winter kommt (13Grad Nachts), wird hier nichts für entspannte Tage vermissen! Dejligt hus med gode omgivelser

Hus med god plads til hele familien, fine badeværelser og køkkenfaciliteter. Alt fungerede. Dejlig have med udsigt og udekøkken. Udlejer nem og samarbejde med. Man skal kunne lide at køre bil for at bo her, landligt og ikke centralt.

8 Tage über Neujahr 2017-2018

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Lesley ist sehr hilfsbereit und versucht alle Fragen so schnell wie möglich zu lösen. Für einen Dezember/Januarbesuch muss man sich daraufeinstellen dass die Wohnung kühl ist. Nur Elektroheizung und die will man nicht ständig anhaben. Man kann auch mit Holz in der Kueche heizen, die zwei Bäder haben aber keine Heizung sodass die Handtücher bei wolkigen Wetter feucht bleiben. Die Küchenausrüstung ist ausreichend, ein paar mehr Teller und Bestecke und eine ordentliche Bratpfanne wären gut. Die Aussicht hinunter nach Puerto de la Cruz ist wunderbar und Garten herrlich.

Tolles Haus Super Lage

Das Objekt ist wundervoll, sehr schön gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ich möchte anregen das die Küchenausstattung aufgestockt werden sollte. Mit Geschirr und Besteck für sechs Leute ist das eindeutig zu wenig.

Amazing location to discover Tenerife

We had a wonderful stay in Lesley's house. The house is exact my as described and well equipped and very clean. It is perfect for family with children as they can play in the courtyard and very call. You are10 min for the for the first sandy Branch and you are les than 1 hour to the Teide. Lesley has been a great hostess and shared good tips to avoid turist place. Thanks for all Lesley

Tolles Haus mit phantastischem Ausblick

Wir waren im Mai mit drei kleineren Kindern in der größeren der beiden Ferienwohnung (oberes Stockwerk mit separatem Garten). Die Wohnung ist liebevoll, stimmig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot auch für fünf Personen immens viel Platz. Wer auf Ambiente jenseits von Billigkitsch und SecondHandMöbeln steht, ist hier genau richtig. Von jedem Zimmer gibt es den Weitblick zum Meer. Das Highliht ist der Masterbedroom mit Balkon, kuscheligem Bett, separater Ankleide und Bad. Garten und Grillecke sind auch sehr schön, obwohl man über den Hof muss um sie zu nutzen. Die Kinder hatten jede Menge Freiraum zum rumstreunen, konnten in den Bäumen rumklettern, die Katze streicheln und wenns doch mal langweilig wurde gab es sogar eine Legokiste. Achtung: die Katze ist lieb und süß aber ist recht aufdringlich, nachdem wir sie beim Klauen unserer Wurst auf dem Frühstückstisch erwischt hatten, blieb die Tür immer zu. Die Gegend ist idyllisch, man hat abgesehen von Vogelgezwitscher wirklich seine Ruhe. Dafür muss man allerdings den kurvigen, für Teneriffa typischen Anfahrtsweg den Berg hoch in Kauf nehmen. Aber wenn man keine kurvigen Strassen verträgt, sollte man ohnehin lieber nicht in Teneriffa Urlaub machen. Mit unserer Vermieterin hatten wir per SMS Kontakt, war nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Gute Wohnung - ruhige Lage - toller Ausblick

Gute Wohnung Wir hatten das größte Appartment in der Finca mit drei Schlafzimmern. Kein Luxus aber angemessen und gut. Einwandfrei funktionierende neue Küche. Passionierte Köche nehmen aber, wie bei Ferienwohnungen üblich, ihre Messer mit. Fernsehen mit spanischem Sateliten-Receiver ist eher umständlich. Eingeschränkte Auswahl. Als Familie mit 5 Mitgliedern gut zu nutzen, sonst eher 4 Gäste. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lesley ist eine nette Vermieterin, die auch sehr hilfsbereit ist. Ruhige Lage Praktisch kein Verkehrslärm und nachts nur sehr geringes Hundekläffen in der Nachbarschaft. Das ist nicht überall in Europa so. Große, separate Terasse mit zwei Sitzbereichen, Grillplatz und Rasen. Auf dem Hof und im Garten viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen. Toller Ausblick Sehr schöner Blick über das Orotava-Tal auf den Atlantik. Es kann kaum besser sein. Nachteile: Autofahren auf kurvigen Straßen muss man ertragen/mögen, sonst ärgert man sich über jede Fahrt zum Supermarkt oder zum Strand. Mietwagen ist unbedingt notwendig. Wetter: Das Wetter im Orotava-Tal war viel besser, als man es uns prophezeit hatte. Mitte April Sonne an 8 von 9 Tagen. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious and freshly renovated to a high standard. Comes with a lovely cat.

Set in vineyards at Palo about 650m above sea level, this spacious farmhouse conversion can sleep 6 easily. Great views drown to the coast, very few high rise buildings can be seen. A good base for exploring the north and west coast and countryside. Nothing not to like, unless you don't like cats, in which case don't let her in! 😿. Central heating and a wood stove for the cooler, damp days that can happen here, although it was up to 32 - unusual for early March. Lesley will meet you at a local Lidl upon arrival to guide you to the house. Just make sure you go to the correct Lidl! Very comfortable master bed, good bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and decent broadband. Pleasant garden with avocado and lemon trees. No safe but farmyard quite secure with tall automatic gate across the drive. Flat downstairs also available soon, currently being renovated, so would suit a larger party. Perhaps a good base for cycling?

Belle demeure confortable et bien équipée, vue magnifique
