“RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Towels on the floor, dirty linens, food spoiling, trash about. I contacted him and he didn’t respond, I had to spend an entire night of my trip shopping for fresh linens and laundering the towels,...

“We have just returned from a lovely stay in Lossiemouth. Stuart was on hand to direct us to the flat which was a stones throw from the beach and play park. The flat slept six comfortably, my husband and I and four kids. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.”

“Booked Seagem as a short break for my wife and myself. We used to holiday in the adjacent caravan park many years ago. Seagem is just the sort of place that we were after. Great size of property, clean, tidy and a home fom home. Lots of local information and well positioned for beach and harbour too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Susan, the host, kept us well informed with information about the flat. First class.”

“Clean place to stay for couple of day. Great view of river and bridge is bonnie light up at night. River view right next to cathedral. 2 things would say that was bed was the bed could of be more comfortable. Also toilet maybe needs fix noticed the water still running long after flush. Also small park for kids. I would stay again. ”

“My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at the lovely Taighsona Bothy with our two dogs. The bothy is the perfect size for a couple and was exceptionally clean and well designed. The bed was super comfy and the views from the bedroom upstairs are fantastic! We loved the location as there were some good walks right at our doorstop which our dogs loved. We were also just a short walk from a nice/restaurant in Archiestown which was great. The bothy is perfectly located if you're looking to visit...
