“We had a lovely stay at the Summerhouse, fantastic location and a plus with the parking. Everything was spot on but if I was to be picky a few more hangers would have been good and the bottom 2 drawers were too stiff to use in the bedroom.”

“The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

“Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. Make sure you bring some milk/water with you, if your after a tea/coffee after that long drive down, think that was the only thing missing would be a...

“I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. “A comfy settee, it slopes forward and is hard to sit on. Difficult to improve but if you had a noisy group in next door it would be difficult. We heard every word of their conversation whisky we say in our lounge. I get that they are just the other side of the door. Felt a bit intrusive though, although they were not a noisy group of girls at all, which was good.”

“It is a big apartment. Everything is there. Specially the kitchen with an oven. Perfect bed. Only the neighbourhood is a bit poor. But a small supermarket just round the corner. Breakfast included is basic.”
