Riverside Escape - Riverfront Home on 1 acre

Riverfront Vacation Home has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms located on one full acre on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Back yard features private stone beach on the Mohican River, perfect for launching/landing of your own canoes, kayaks, or tubes. Easy access to the water allows for fishing, swimming, or river sitting while watching others play in the water. We are located just 2 miles downriver from Mohican Adventures and 3 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park.

This was my favorite place we stayed so far in Loudenville! It was very clean and I loved being right along the river! We had a good time playing corn hole and enjoying the giant porch! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Loved the location!!! Very quiet and the river view with the fire pit right there was perfect! Kitchen was very well stocked. The only negative was the grill was kind of gross but I feel like this happens at all VRBOs because so many different people are using them.

This was our 2nd stay at the Riverside Escape home. We love the location because it’s right on the river. Unfortunately, the drop to access the river was much steeper this year and difficult to get up & down without falling. Wish there were a few steps down to the river to make access easier.We were also surprised to find so much mildew built up on the deck railings and dirt on the siding . That’s a shame because it’s a lovely home otherwise.

Perfection along the river

This place is so perfect if you want to be riverside and tube. You can enjoy a pretty house and amazing yard with nature all around you! Can't wait to stay next year!

Where do I start? What a great little home on the river. Inside looks like its recently been updated. Great kitchen with everything you need. I overpacked not knowing how stocked it was. Spent most of my time on the covered deck. Lots of outlets to plug in anything you would need outside. It poured off and on but we never had to go in. Its on a large lot which felt very private. Who ever does the housekeeping should get a raise. Very, very clean! Loved watching people on the river. Im already planning another trip!!

Memorial Day holiday in Mohican area

Your rental home, has been completely remodeled and updated very tastefully ! Our family consisted of 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 4.5 month old, and 1 dog. She especially loved your yard and chasing birds. We had plenty of room. We prepared all our meals at the house. Loved having a dishwasher. Our group's only negative was matress on the sofa sleeper. Please get that relaced. My 2 nephews found it very uncomfortable. I personally would remove the love seat and add a very sturdy futon, that could also be used as sleeping space. Would I recommend and or return to this rental? Absolutely!! The house is beautiful and located on the Mohican river. Very close to the Mohican state Park and other outdoor activities. Thank you, A. Overall, great property, nicely updated and neighbor is nice. Our only suggestion would be to pressure wash or wash down the deck area. But it was not a huge deal.

Our top choice when staying near Loudonville

We've stayed at this property multiple times as we travel to this area a few times a year. There is a reason we keep coming back! The property is nice, clean, and in a perfect location. We love having the Mohican River right in the back yard.
