"A beautiful location and a charming hotel Sheen Falls Lodge enjoys a truly remarkable location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and overlooking the river and waterfalls. The setting is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the property, and the hotel itself is very beautiful, with plenty of character and an elegant atmosphere. The service was generally pleasant and courteous, but not always at the level of professionalism and attention to detail we would expect from a Relais & Châteaux hotel. There were certainly some excellent members of staff who stood out for their kindness and professionalism, but the overall experience was somewhat inconsistent. Overall, Sheen Falls Lodge remains a very special place, primarily thanks to its exceptional setting and character. We hope that, with a little more attention to service and to ensuring consistent standards across the whole team, the experience can fully match the exceptional setting and reputation of the hotel. In particular, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful service we received from Mahid during both our dinner at the Stables brasserie and breakfast at Sheen Falls Hotel. He was attentive and helpful throughout, always with a genuine smile and discreet. His professionalism and kindness truly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. He is a real asset to the hotel and deserves our warmest thanks."

"L’albergo è ristrutturato con cura, rispettando lo stile originario, antico e romantico. Si trova in pieno centro ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da qualsiasi punto della città. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissimi locali per fare shopping e per andare a mangiare, anche se l’albergo dispone di un proprio bar e ristorante. Il personale è gentile ed efficiente. Sia la stanza sia il bagno sono spaziosi e puliti. Tutto conforme alle aspettative. L'unica nota stonata è stata la finestra, che non si chiudeva in modo ermetico e lasciava entrare uno spiacevole spiffero freddo. Per fortuna me ne sono accorto subito, appena entrato in camera, e, dato che sono un viaggiatore solitario, ho semplicemente scelto il secondo letto, quello più lontano dalla finestra."
