“As with the Z Hotel Piccadilly, this hotel was great in all but one way: air conditioning and ice! It’s hot in the summer, friends — and it’s only going to get hotter! That means you should significantly upgrade your air-conditioning system as soon as you can; the current one is simply not up to the job. And when you serve drinks in the hotel, you should be assuming that everyone will want a glass full of ice — not looking surprised and dubious when a guest timidly asks whether ice is available,...
