“We so enjoyed this house. It had everything we needed. The house is beautiful with three bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was so very nice with lots of extras. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch. So nice to relax and enjoy the weather. The location was excellent and it was within walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. The 6 of us loved it!!”

“Yearly my wife and I get away just to enjoy our time together. This is the second year in a row we stayed at this location and we are planning on next year already. The cabin is so relaxing and the host is outstanding in communicating with us before our arrival. This is the place to be. Thank you for an enjoyable time.”

“The basics on the property were as expected. The snacks were a nice touch and the basics for the property were fine. The TV only had Roku, so any network TV, such as watching the World Series at night, couldn't be done. I've stayed at other VRBOs and they were upfront about the TV channels access. Letting the renters know upfront on the property summary that the TV is only Roku should be done. The property manual on-site is way out of date and held in a broken spiral notebook. It contains...

“The location was perfect for a Derby weekend, walkable distance for us. Amenities were nice, lovely charcueterie boards to greet us with wine and sparkling grape juice.”

“Took my grandsons to fish Taylorsville Lake and they had a great time. Home is in a great location for access to the lake and very convenient to everything.”

“Very disappointed in the upkeep of the home. There is no pride of ownership. Worn and pealing deck. Caps missing from deck posts. Chunk of siding has a hole in it. Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. Bedroom Curtains held back with rubberbands which had to be removed to close for privacy. This place feels unloved and it shows.For the...
