The apartment looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, neighbors are not very friendly, the hot water did not work, and there was definitely a shooting on Saturday night at 3 am.

Great Location for Bourbon Trail!

Clean, modern, comfortable condo in a gorgeous building in a prime downtown location. We loved the rooftop access! The unit had everything needed for a weekend stay; only recommendation would be outdoor furniture for the rooftop. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice and clean unit, great proximity to 4th Street

The unit was very nice and clean. The owner provided precise instructions on accessing the unit. Comfortably fit our party of five. Overall great place to stay in Louisville. Definitely recommend.

Review of property

Had a great time at the rental! The apartment was very nicely furnished and was a perfect location just a short walk to all the attractions downtown. You can pay to park in the lot across the street which is convenient and cheap. Kitchen had plenty of cookware to cook dinner and serve all who stayed. The location is quiet and the views from building are awesome. Definitely would recommend this place!

Great little spot in downtown Louisville! Only negative was the noise outside. Gets pretty loud at night, but the actual apartment was great!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Great location close to everything. The building was very old and beautiful. Loved the roof top access. Felt safe with the building only being accessible with a key card. I do not feel it sleeps 6 comfortably. There were 2 queen beds and the sofa laid down about the size of a futon. Would have liked to have had more towels, hand towels and wash cloths. There wasn’t enough wash clothes or hand towels for 6 people that we found and only 6 towels so we had to do laundry both days. A minor inconvenience and does not keep me from recommending this property. It was an overall good experience. I would stay again.
