Bella, casa di lusso, casa privata con open space piano piano, 5 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni. 3800 Mq seminterrato sciopero completamente arredato. Ampio spazio di vita aperto con ampio spazio di cottura in stile industriale per godersi pasti, conversazioni e divertirti. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno completo e vasca idromassaggio. Le camere da letto 1 e 2 al piano superiore hanno una dimensione intera e una matrimoniale e la stanza bonus ha due piccoli letti singoli. La camera da letto al piano di sotto ha una regina. Office è disponibile con un computer o per i piaceri della lettura e della musica. Il camino riscalda la zona giorno con High Def per guardare il gioco. Ponte disponibile per grigliate e relax. Situato in una zona tranquilla, molto silenzioso, con monitoraggio della polizia. A circa venti minuti da Churchill, dal centro e dal fiume Ohio. A circa quindici minuti di distanza dal Bourbon Trail. Perfetto per il Kentucky Derby, i viaggiatori che desiderano celebrare eventi, famiglie e simili sono i benvenuti.

Great place !

My family really enjoyed this house! We had so much fun playing pool!! The house could use some updating and could definitely use a deep clean, but we had a very nice stay! Our only issues were no water from the fridge and no ice from the fridge so definitely make a trip to grab a bag of ice & water bottles if you plan on staying!!

Perfect fit for our team

We stayed for a month while working on a project at the replacement veterans hospital in Louisville. 5 guys and we had plenty of space. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Tiffany (host) is a great communicator! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Clean and Spacious Property

My friends and I booked this property so that we would have accommodations for all of us. The property was clean and spacious. The owner was very communicative. The stay was very smooth overall. Although we were a group of five adults, this property would be ideal for a family or families. Be aware that the property is about a 25 minute Uber ride from Main Street (and the listing does not suggest otherwise). Our group was happy to sacrifice proximity to Main Street in order to have spacious accommodations.

Great Place to stay for wedding, Churchill Downs, etc!

We had nine people staying in the house and had plenty of room. Given the number of people staying at the house, we enjoyed that there were three full baths and one half bath. There was an adequate amount of kitchen gadgets for our needs. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and wash rags. There are lots of restaurants, clothing stores, and grocery stores near this house. We were attending a wedding near downtown Louisville and went to Churchill Downs while we stayed here. It took us about 25-30 minutes to get to either place. We had three cars and could probably have fit one more in the driveway. Some of the paint and carpet needs a bit of freshening up, but it was not a big deal. We would defiantly stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

There were 9 of us (all adults) that came down for a Kentucky bourbon trail tour weekend. We all fit comfortably in the house. Tiffany was very responsive. There were minor things that we think could have gone better or been done better, but we had an overall enjoyable experience and would stay again.

Comfy and warm but needs deep cleaning.

Everyone enjoyed an opportunity to get together. We had a good time. The home is in a nice neighborhood and had what we needed. The house could use a deep cleaning on carpet, wood floors, and windows. Furniture needed dusting especially downstairs and behind furnishings. Cleaners need to check for trash and items. Additional lighting in the bedrooms would help to navigate the rooms in the dark (i.e. bedside lamps) Make sure all Television equipment are located to operate the tv's

Cousins trip to Louisville

The house was clean and there was ample room for the family, however no main floor master. It is conveniently located between downtown Louisville and Bardstown for bourbon tasting and easy to get to. We had a great time.

Wonderful home for our group

What a wonderful home for our group of travelers! House was very clean, and had plenty of room for our group of eight. We would definitely return again in the future. Very quiet neighborhood in a great location outside of Louisville.

Fun Bourbon weekend

Father-Son group weekend

Our group of 8 adults consisted of two generations (3 dads and 5 sons) of men who devoted the weekend to bonding and rebuilding connections that have been hard to maintain over recent years of "life". This house offered the perfect setting for all in our group to relax, take comfort and stretch out, engage in multiple group activities (card-playing, pool table, life discussions, etc) as well as provided a wonderful space for all to relax with stories and bourbon on Saturday evening after enjoying a combo horse farm-bourbon distillery tour. Can't say enough positive things about this vrbo house and Louisville as a destination getaway.

Spacious common areas for gathering

We enjoyed Christmas with our adult children and spouses. The house has a large kitchen and living room for gathering. We enjoyed the pool table and the lower level gathering area as well. The host is super.

Good location/ good size home

This was a large, clean home with many bedrooms and good access to the highway to get to downtown Louisville and the surrounding area. The owner was responsive in fixing a dishwasher that was not working during our stay. We ate most of our meals in the home, and we found the kitchen was not well stocked with plates, glasses, bakeware etc. for the size of the home and the number of people it accommodates. Check in was impacted since entrance code was not received until after check in time. We enjoyed our stay- home could benefit from some minor upgrades to make it an outstanding accommodation.

Great for groups

This house comfortably accommodated our group of 9 adults. The property is in a nice neighborhood and not far from walmart/kroger. We wanted a neighborhood that we would feel safe in. We felt at ease here throughout our stay. The property owner wad very polite and prompt when answering my questions. We had a good weekend.
