Completely renovated, this majestic Victorian is a perfect mix of classic charm and modern styling boasting 6 BR, 3 BA, 2 kitchens, and living rooms PLUS a Billiard Room. But the real WOWZA is the epic backyard retreat straight out of a 5-star resort. BBQ, Hot Tub, Chill by the Fire Pit + Games Galore!

THE PROPERTY
• Space & Comfort: This converted duplex offers an abundance of space with two living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens. You will find luxurious bedding on ultra-comfy mattresses. 🛏️
• Bedrooms: 6 Bedrooms with 2 Kings, 4 Queens, and 2 Twins (Plus a pull-out sofa if needed).
• Gathering: Whether multiple families or large groups—there is space for gathering and space to spread out. Almost like having your own private boutique hotel retreat.

OUTDOOR OASIS 🌳
The huge private backyard oasis is perfect for grilling out or hanging by the fire pit. And that backyard... wowza!

We had a large group comprised of 4 smaller groups. We were able to gather in the yard to socialize and grill/eat together but we also had spaces inside to visit/play games in a large group or in smaller groups. Most of our group went to Waverly Hills but the others were able to stay at the house or do their own thing. It was the perfect place for our group. We appreciated the off-street parking, outdoor space and the neighbor, the most. We hope to stay again some day!

Basketball stay

Great house in a great neighborhood. We didn’t understand it was in 3 separate units when renting it so made it a little chaotic for the entire group staying. Air conditioning in the upstairs loft was not ideal but kept things cool enough. Great backyard with lots to do.

Bourbon Trail Bachelor Party

This was a great place to host our group. The multi-level layout works well for both late night and early morning gatherings while not interrupting those that like to sleep. The backyard was perfect for relaxing after a day on the trail. Finally, our Host was excellent with the logistics and answering our questions. Thanks

Great house for large family gathering

This house is lovely and great for large families. There are three floors with lots of steps so be prepared for that. The home has been redone and is beautiful. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the backyard on two lovely evenings! Thanks for a great stay!
