This was a nice property for its age! There just was a miscommunication when we arrived and it was not cleaned so we had to wait for them to clean it! The backyard wasn’t blown off and free from debris and branches! Our dogs really liked being out there once we secured the gate better due to weathering age of it! The WiFi bottom floor is terrible! We had to use our hotspot to watch tv! After we tried multiple times restarting the modem and the tv! But we all fit and made the best of it all!

The house was excellent! So clean & warm when we arrived. Little snacks provided. The beds were comfy & the neighborhood was quiet & calm. We loved all of the games that were provided & had the best night spending quality time as a family.

It was everything we hoped for. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, easy parking, great neighborhood. Fenced in back yard was great for our dog and in warmer weather we would have also used. Great coffee shops, pubs and eateries down the road. Lots of space! The whole family was happy.

Had a very nice stay here and good location. Was nice to be able to park in back and not on the street. The house was lovely and lots of space to spread out. Beds were comfy. Highly recommend it. The host was very quick to answer questions. Of note...there is only 1 small table to eat/play games together...was maybe a 36" bar type table, but the room was plenty large enough for a full size table. The shuffleboard table didn't have sand to be able to play properly so that was disappointing for us avid game people. Otherwise everything was great!

Daniel was an amazing host! He communicated quickly and answered all of my questions before booking and after our arrival. He called us when the property was ready and we got to arrive early which was super helpful to meet the timeline of our plans/purpose for being in town. Our fur babies were happy and so were we! We will definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here. It was great for a group of people who are wanting to stay together but have enough space. TONS of sleeping options for maximum occupancy. Really well appointed with so many nice little touches from the owner. The communication with the owner was always prompt and I would hands down stay here again. We are local and live 7 min away which is a weird feeling to stay so close to home. But it was such a perfect house to host guests in town we couldn’t accommodate in our own house due to space. I will definitely recommend this property for people traveling in. Thank you, Daniel!!!

Lovely and comfortable stay

This artfully renovated home was perfect for our stay! Multiple bars/restaurants were within walking distance. Street parking was easy and readily available . We throughly enjoyed all of the space, and especially the peaceful yard and hammocks! Everything was super clean, too!

Perfect house

This house was perfect for our bourbon tour. Daniel was quick to respond with any questions and was ever accommodating. The house has a great layout and is much larger than the pictures represented. The house was well stocked and very clean. The ease of the checkout was much appreciated compared to other properties I have am stayed at.I would stay here again no questions asked when I am back in town.

Wonderful location on Frankfort Avenue

It was a fantastic place to stay! Great set up for a group and Daniel was so helpful at answering questions. Great location for walking to cafes and restaurants!
