“The air conditioning did not work in our room and it was pretty unbearable. I had to go to the lobby bathroom to blow dry my hair so I could breath. There were stains on the bedding and the bathroom door was stuck at the bottom and you had to use full strength to push it closed. The woman at the front desk when I checked out and complained about the lack of air in the room could not hear me for some reason and was not concerned.”

“The staff was very friendly upon check in. Unfortunately the odd numbered rooms are facing the interstate and the hotel has done nothing to mitigate the sound from the interstate. In fact it sounded as though we were sleeping with the windows open, which we were not. Also, the room phone Rand multiple times between 4:00 am and 5:30 am.”
