Enorme casa storica ristrutturata, a piedi a tutto!

Casa straordinaria situata nel cuore del quartiere più percorribile di Louisville. Oltre 4000 piedi quadrati di spazio appena ristrutturato con 5 camere da letto e 5 splendidi bagni nuovi. Grande cucina moderna appena ristrutturata, televisori a schermo piatto da 50 "in ogni camera da letto con schermo piatto da 70" nel soggiorno. Posti a sedere nella sala da pranzo 10. Garage collegato con parcheggio fuori strada aggiuntivo può ospitare fino a 4 auto.
Ottimi ristoranti, bar, pub, negozi di antiquariato, negozi di abbigliamento alla moda e parchi tutti a pochi passi.

Piano terra:
Al primo piano vi è un portico chiuso, un ampio ingresso, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina, bagno completo, mezzo bagno, zona lavanderia, garage annesso, posto macchina e veranda sul retro.
Al secondo piano ci sono tre ampie camere da letto matrimoniali e due bagni. Un bagno è nella hall, il secondo è un bagno privato nella camera da letto principale. Dormeuse gemello aggiuntivo è nascosto nell'angolo della sala.
Al terzo piano si trova un altro nuovissimo bagno completo, un'ulteriore camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera doppia (con 2 letti singoli).

Cucina completamente attrezzata con impostazioni del luogo per 12. Pentole, padelle, coltelli e utensili da cucina di qualità. Vetreria di qualità per 12 include flauti champagne, vino rosso, vino bianco, tè freddo e bicchieri highball. Gamma, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e forno a microonde sono tutti in acciaio inossidabile di alta qualità. Granite Island offre ulteriore spazio di lavoro e un posto dove rilassarsi con il cuoco.

Awesome place and everything was as described! The kitchen is a huge plus if you’re going to cook (we didn’t), but it has everything. The dining room is large and comfortable, the beds were big and comfy, and the living room was warm and inviting. The host was super responsive and helpful with a few questions! The location is perfect for walking and I wouldn’t hesitant to stay there again!

Fantastic Stay

Our group had a great time here! The house was fabulous! We had plenty of room, and close to a ton of things!! I highly recommend you and your family or friends stay here! The kitchen is very well stocked as well!!

Spacious and convenient home

This large home had plenty of space for my friends and I during our long weekend. We were celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything you need is in the home and I would highly recommend this place. A few minor things (did not diminish our experience but nice to have next time): instructions for the coffee grinder (hard to figure out), and add hooks in the bathroom for towels and other things. Thank you for a great stay. We had a blast in Louisville and loved the place!

Great location

Older home with everything you’d need. We had 5 people and weren't crowded at all. Walking distance to lots of cool places. On a busier street and dealt w some noise in the night because of that but overall would stay again.

This 1905 house was in excellent condition. We enjoyed sitting on the glassed in front porch and watching the traffic and people walk by. They did a very nice job with the remodeling of this house. The showers were nice and large. Found an excellent pizza place to eat that we could walk to and our kids enjoyed the breweries that were close to walk to.

Great Property for Large Group

We had 11 of us traveling for the Bourbon Trail! This home was perfect for our group. Very clean, close to downtown and some restaurants and bars. The owner was responsive and made check in seamless!! We had a great time!

Great House!

Came in town for bourbon trail. Great house and location. convenient to local restaurants and breweries. Plenty of room for everyone (4 couples). Very easy check-in and out process. Beds and linens very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for everyone! (I have stayed places where you had to time your showers) Towels were nice quality-not thin and worn out. Kitchen was well stocked. I would rent this house again on future trips!

Great Conference Experience

We brought a group of young adults to attend a conference in Downtown Louisville. This home provided a great place to relax and play games, make meals together, have great conversations about the conference and we all slept well. It was close to good restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the conference venue. We would book this home again.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

Booked this house as it was central to various family and friends there in town. The house was in walking distance to shops and restaurants and the area was great for walking. It held our small family of 10 very well, and our younger girls enjoyed staying on their own floor (the 3rd) as it had all they needed for the week. The owner was wonderful to deal with and was prompt at answering messages and emails. She even set up a Christmas tree for us. We did run into one small issue, but the homeowner took care of it immediately and the problem was solved. I would definitely come back if we needed a space for all 10 of us again.

Terrific Property Great Location

We rented this house so our family could attend my son’s graduation. It was just perfect! The home has been updated with new bathrooms and a kitchen. We had 7 adults in the house and there were ample supplies and facilities for all of us. The bathrooms were all immaculate and really nicely done. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The location is just off Baxter Ave on Broadway, centrally located, nothing is more than 15 minutes away. Deidre our host was perfect. Prompt instructions, it was very easy to check in and check out. There were chips and assorted snacks, coffee (loved the coffee grinder) and even extra refrigerators in the garage in case the group needed more room. I can’t say enough terrific things about the property or the host. This made our stay just perfect.

Great Getaway

Our group on ten thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Louisville and surrounding distilleries. Staying at this wonderful home made it all possible. Everyone commented on how clean the home was in addition to feeling comfortable the entire week. Definitely recommend groups to consider this location.

WONDERFUL House with PERFECT Location

My family of 10 stayed at this beautiful house for a week. The second floor was my parents in the master with the attached bath, my sister and brother in law in a king and their teenage daughters in the 3rd king size room. Their family had the second full bath on the second floor. My family was in the 3 rd floor. My husband and I in the king room and teenage boys in the room with 2 twins. We also had our our full bath on the third floor. The bedding, linens and towels were top notch and all beds were very comfortable. It was HOT during our stay but the AC in the house worked perfectly. Even the 3rd floor was nice and cool with wall AC units in each room. The house location was PERFECT. We felt super safe and were waking distance to a ton of places to eat/drink. There were tornado warnings the day we arrived and the home owners actually called my cell to put my mind at ease. We’re from Upstate NY and hade NEVER experienced a tornado warning. I highly recommend this property!!

Bourbon Trail Trip

Had a wonderful time with friends. House was in walking distance to many different eateries and close drive to distilleries and Churchill Downs.
