Host was great, checked in throughout the stay. The place is beautiful even better than it looks in the pictures and the pictures are great. Bedrooms comfortable, very quite. Very clean, well stocked with anything you might need. Will be staying here every time we come to visit family in Shelbyville.

Ben was an excellent host! The location was super convenient. We stayed for a wedding at the Gatsby and it was so nice to be just a couple doors down, no driving!! Our parents rented the other loft just across the hall so that was a huge bonus to be close to help each other out! The loft had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Would highly recommended staying here!

Exactly as pictured, this loft space was not only beautiful but very roomy, super clean and comfortable! Great location with good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Wonderful host who promptly responded when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

A wonderful, wonderful place to stay. Historic and central to Louisville and Lexington. We would chose this location again is we ever come back. The downtown Main Street business owners are welcoming as well. Thank you for such a delightful experience.

Fantastic! Very well decorated and the attention to details was impressive. The kitchen had everything you need. The bathrooms were ultra clean and the beds very comfortable. We would 100% rent this same space again and again!

Family trip to see grand baby

This experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, except better. Perfect location, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to create some wonderful memories. Ben is an amazing host, and it was nice to learn about the history of the building that houses the property. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is central to pretty much everything, and you want a more personal touch than a boring hotel, I HIGHLY suggest LeCoop!!!!!! Thank you Hardins!!!!

Great building and location

An incredible place with HUGE vaulted ceilings, amenities and location. It is in the heart of downtown with many antique stores, restaurants, bars, and other shopping venues. There was some miscommunication on arrival (our fault) and the host jumped into action to make sure we were accommodated. Can't say enough about the experience and will certainly book again if we visit the area. JG

Classy Loft on the Bourbon Trail

Very classy and fun location, one of a kind loft. Very clean, well stocked with amenities. Perfectly located on the Bourbon Trail near Bulleit, Evan Williams, Buffalo Trace, and Jeptha Creed. Small town but has everything you need. We will stay here again!

Gorgeous Loft

Absolutely gorgeous loft! Wow factor!!! Great location! There a few restaurants/brewery right on Main Street. And plenty in minutes of driving too. Many Bourbon Distilleries within 40 minutes in all directions. Perfect for our Bourbon Trail trip. The train does go by close to Main Street and you do hear the whistle at different times in the night. But it was not a problem for us. Loved this place and location!

Excellent stay!

We came to celebrate our spouses turning 50 and decided to stay in Shelbyville as it was a good halfway point to the bourbon distilleries and Churchill Downs. What a beautiful loft and within walking distance to eat and drink. We had the best time and really enjoyed the small town feel!

LeCoop Loft - Shelbyville, KY

This beautiful, chic loft has been transformed from an 1800s building, with original painted stamped concrete ceilings and exposed beams. It is quite spacious with a great vibe.The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hosts have selected luxury linens.The loft, located on Main Street in quaint Shelbyville, boasts wonderful restaurants and shops, and a very cool brewery called Last Stop, located directly across the street. We visited the Louisville Zoo, which was fantastic and Angel's Envy and Buffalo Trace distilleries.The hosts were available to us to ensure that our time there was exceptional.We had such an amazing time. Our only wish was that we were able to stay another day. :)

Fall football and Bourbon Trail

We loved our stay in Shelbyville! LeCoop was perfect for our group of four. LeCoop’s location in downtown Shelbyville is convenient to all the shops, restaurants, bakery, and bars downtown. Located halfway between Louisville and Lexington makes it easy to explore both cities. Very comfortable furnishings and beds! Well stocked kitchen! Ben and Melinda’s recommendations for food and drink were excellent and very appreciated!

Great place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

We had an amazing stay! We wanted to bring the couch home with us - sooo comfortable after a day along the Bourbon Trail. The hosts contacted us multiple times to see if we needed anything. Overall an outstanding place to stay for our Bourbon Trail experience.

Property is beautiful, management is lacking.

I want to start with the good. My wife and I have a special connection to this property. It’s the first place we stayed when we started dating and recently made it the place we stayed our wedding night before leaving for our honeymoon. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of a town I call home. It has everything you could really ask for in a place to stay. The master bedroom is especially nice. I hate beds that aren’t mine, but the master bed is incredible. I love this place in most ways. Now, the bad. The management was not communicative at all. They sent questions asking about check in time, what brought us to town, etc. when I responded asking for an early check in, I got no response. In fact, I wouldn’t get any other response from them until they were asking me if I wanted to pay 1/4 of the nightly rate nearly for a late check out. They also wanted to make it clear that there would be a fee for them to return anything left in the loft after checkout. In other words, there are no courtesies with the owners. There is no hospitality. This place holds a special place in mine and my wife’s heart, but the ownership makes this an unlikely rental for us in the future.

Awesome property!

We enjoyed our stay in Shelbyville. The loft is beautiful and just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The town felt safe and there were walkable shops around. We had 2 adults and 2 teens. There was ple ty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.
