There is a long-term tenant who lives on the property. ~-~-~ Facilities ~-~-~ - The back yard is fully fenced and has a locked gate. - This is a duplex home and each unit has a separate entrance. - The 3 bedroom unit includes: 3 Bedrooms (1 King/2 Queens), 1 Ba (Shower/Tub), Living Area (Full Futon), Dining Area (Seating for 4), Kitchen (Full-size Fridge/Full-size Oven) - The 2 bedroom unit includes: 2 Bedrooms (Queen/Full), 1 Ba (Shower), Living Area (Full Futon), Dining Area (Seating for 4), Kitchen (Mid-size Fridge/Full-size Oven) - The OUTDOOR space includes: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard. ~-~-~ House Rules ~-~-~ - You must be at least 21 to rent. - There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. This includes cigarettes AND marijuana. Please place butts in the available ashtrays outside. You will be fined $250 for violations. -There is NO tolerance for parties. Private entrance and self-check-in with a smart lock ensure total privacy and flawless check-in experience. Free parking area for 4 cars is available at the property. Guests will not have access to the basement or garage.
