Parklike Historic Estate nel cuore di Louisville con piscina e giardini

Stonecote è una tenuta di 5 acri costruita nel 1920. È completamente aggiornato e decorato professionalmente. Dispone di 7 camere da letto e 16 posti letto in letti. La casa principale dispone di una cucina gourmet con dispensa del maggiordomo con 2 frigoriferi, 2 forni a muro, 3 lavastoviglie, piano cottura a gas Viking, refrigeratore per vino e banconi in marmo di Carrara. Il soggiorno dispone di più aree di conversazione confortevoli, un antico pianoforte a coda per bambini e un camino a legna. L'ampia sala da pranzo può ospitare l'intero gruppo. Inoltre, l'ampia sala da sole offre uno spazio di raccolta aggiuntivo, meno formale, e ha una TV da 64 ". La pool house offre una cucina completa aggiuntiva, un'area salotto con TV da 64 "e un'altra camera da letto con bagno interno.

La piscina di acqua salata riscaldata 50 'x 25' ha fontane da tiro, è circondata da giardini perenni maturi e ha una piscina per bambini (la piscina è aperta stagionalmente, da metà maggio a fine settembre, a seconda del tempo).

La stalla ha 5 bancarelle e una stanza di virata e possiamo riferirti che hai mangiato e fieno consegnati prima del tuo arrivo, se viaggi con cavalli. Stonecote è circondata da bellissimi alberi e giardini perenni, ma è a 10 minuti dal centro, dal lungomare, a 10 minuti da Churchill Downs, a 20 minuti dal Valhalla e dal tour PGA. Abbiamo anche un custode in loco che vive in una rimessa sulla proprietà.

Si prega di notare che la tariffa per il Kentucky Derby è una tariffa fissa di $ 25.000 dal lunedì precedente al Derby al lunedì successivo. Si prega di inviare una richiesta se interessati al noleggio di Stonecote per la settimana del Derby.

Historic and Roomy

Traveled with 3 families, 2 grandparents, 4 grown adults, 10 children under 11 years. Good selections of sleeping arrangements for this configuration. Appreciated fenced in pool area that youngsters could not visit without adult. Pool house - a wonderful bonus for changing into bathing suits and having shaded area. Interior of main house lovely, historic detail, yet kid friendly (not much they could get into). One downside, near a major highway and traffic noise was a problem in some bedrooms. All in all a good time had by all.

The rental was very comfortable but needed a little going over to repair a few things. But overall, we had a very good time. Excellent neighborhood and plenty of anilities. Excellent pool and enough bedrooms for our family. Owner responded very quickly to all of our questions.

5 Stars – Beautiful, Historic, and Perfectly Located!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful historic home. It was spacious and very accommodating for our group, with thoughtful touches that made everyone feel comfortable. The location was absolutely fantastic—just minutes from everything, yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. This is a beautiful property, very comfortable for large family gatherings. We spent much of our time playing games and cooking dinners together in the well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well arranged with plenty of private space for our adult kids and their families. Dining room table easily seated 12 together, and the pool area was a great casual outside gathering space. Nearby Cherokee Park is an easy walk or bike ride.

The property is fabulous! Our group absolutely loved the stay. we liked the property so much that we found ourselves cutting our visits throughout Kentucky short to get back to the house to enjoy the accommodation.

Gorgeous Home with Great Character

The home was absolutely beautiful, the layout of the bedrooms really allowed our volleyball team families to have personal space but still be together. Great house and hosts

I hosted a group of employees in town for a large trade show and we could not have been happier with our choice to stay at Stonecote. Everyone was comfortable and had space for privacy, but it was a treat to be able to socialize at the end of every day somewhere besides a crowded restaurant or hotel lobby. Great experience for all and our hosts could not have been more gracious. We will be back next year!

Beautiful, Clean, Lovely large house

My husband and I rented this house for our large family to attend our son’s wedding in Louisville. The house was perfect for our family. It was in a beautiful safe, quiet neighborhood surrounded by mansions. The gathering rooms were also large, which was great for hanging out. We did a lot of cooking and grilling at the house which was equipped with everything you would need.

weekend reunion

The house is a wonderful place to stay. It is centrally located in the city which makes it easy to get around. In addition to a really nice kitchen, there are gathering areas which accommodate a large group very well. The pool had already been closed but looks like it would be great fun in the summer. I've already recommended it to several of my friends.

The property was beautiful, there was 13 of us staying with plenty of room. The host was available and responded immediately when I needed them.The weather was a bit chilly so we couldn't enjoy the pool. The pool house was nice and located very close to the main house. The location was excellent and within 20 minutes from every where we wanted to visit. I would definitely come back!

Incredible and Relaxing Stay

This is an incredible estate! The house is amazing, and the pool is perfect for lounging and playing with kids. Each morning and night we saw several deer traipsing through the yard, and the front lawn is huge, Big enough to play lots of games. You’re super close to downtown Louisville if you want to venture out, but you won’t need to, we stayed for 4 days and we never felt the need to leave.

Four generation family vacation

The home was beautiful. Indoor and outdoor flow worked well for large gatherings. The dining room was large enough for entire family to enjoy nightly dinners. The pool had a baby section that allowed smaller children to play but still be close to adults. Pool area was awesome.

Bourbon & Golf Luxury

Ten of us enjoyed the privacy and luxury of Stonecote’s accommodations. We spent 7 nights with a fantastic amount of interior space and outdoor seating areas. The kitchen exceeded our needs even though we had such a large group. Our hosts were immediately accessible both for local information and a couple of easily remedied issues. Our best VRBO experience in the last 5 years !

Absolutely Perfect!

Our group of 6 couples enjoyed 4 fabulous nights at Stonecote. The house is beautiful, spacious, and extremely well-stocked with everything guests might need. There was ample room to gather at the dining table, in various places in the house, and on the front and back porches overlooking the lovely grounds. We had lots of fun preparing meals in the enormous kitchen and butler's pantry. We took full advantage of the 2 refrigerators, beverage refrigerator, and ice machine. The 3 dishwashers made clean up easy! The location was perfect for us! The house is a short walk to the park with lots of green space while still being only 20 minutes or less drive from everything else in and around the city. Our hosts were helpful and responsive during the reservation process and welcoming, gracious, and attentive during our stay. We felt incredibly well cared for and knew that - if we needed it - help was just a phone call away. There are many reasons why this property has so many 5-star reviews! It was truly one of the very best VRBO experiences I have ever had. Thank you, Lisa and Keith!

A Southern Gem

The property was amazing with all the southern charm and beautiful grounds. Lots of amenities provided. Keith was wonderful. Any problem was responded to immediately. The pool was the highlight with the kids and adults alike. The boys played baseball in the spacious front yard while we sat on the front porch. It is such a beautiful property and would highly recommend it. We would love to come back.

Better than the pictures show!

We all said it was better than the pictures!! Spacious home. Clean, well-equipped and the hosts were very responsive. We had a couple little issues and Keith came right over to address. Beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was wonderful, and the salt-water pool with the fans to sit under was perfect. Multiple large game and sitting areas. We will definitely consider renting this again.

Family Vacation

My family loved staying at Stonecote. The property was able to accommodate a diverse group of 14, ranging in age from 18 to 91. It was comfortable, clean and beautiful. The neighborhood and its proximity to Cherokee Park was fantastic.
