This listing is one suite inside A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are 10 different suites in this building. With other groups potentially in the building during your stay, you'll have full privacy inside your suite plus access to common areas like the elevator, both stairwells, and the lobby.

Named for arguably the greatest racehorse who ever lived, "Big Red" set track records in all three Triple Crown races in 1973 that still stand today, including his unforgettable 31-length victory at the Belmont. The suite is a living tribute: a museum-quality "Life of Secretariat" gallery wall in the dining and living rooms walks you from his foal days at Meadow Stable through Ron Turcotte aboard the bay terror, through the Derby, the Preakness, the Belmont, the winner's circles, all the way to his stud-farm retirement at Claiborne Farm and his gravestone. Wrapped in Empire Gold, Soar, Danube, and Dignity Blue, the colors of the racetrack, the silks, and the Kentucky sky. Tucked behind a hidden Dover Blue freight-elevator wall door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. The Industrial-Prohibition aesthetic is perfect for game nights, private dinners, bourbon tastings, and after-hours gatherings.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.
