This listing is one suite inside A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are 10 different suites in this building. With other groups potentially in the building during your stay, you'll have full privacy inside your suite plus access to common areas like the elevator, both stairwells, and the lobby.



Step into War Admiral, A12's Floor 1 Crown Suite where bourbon's origin story is told in black and gold. Named for the 1937 Triple Crown winner, son of Man o' War, a fiery dark stallion famous for his match race against Seabiscuit, this is one of A12's two premium Crown Suites. Empire Gold walls, Black Magic trim, Iron Ore, Tricorn Black, and Caviar accents create a Fort-Knox-meets-Goldfinger-meets-Bourbon-Bar formality. Original artwork walks you through the very beginning of Kentucky bourbon: the mash bill, the limestone water, the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, Kentucky's gold reserves. Tucked behind a hidden Dover Blue freight-elevator wall door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. The Industrial-Prohibition aesthetic is perfect for game nights, private dinners, bourbon tastings, and after-hours gatherings.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.
