THE HOME

A third queen bedroom, a family room, and a full bathroom are on the lower level, which opens directly to the dock and river. A temperature-controlled sunroom sits between the living areas and the outdoors, comfortable in every season and one of the most-used spaces in the house.

MAIN LEVEL

The main level living area is built around a wood burning fireplace, with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping flexibility. The kitchen features a waterfall granite island and new appliances, fully stocked with cooking basics and everything needed for a full group meal. The dining area connects directly to the kitchen and seats the group comfortably.

LOWER LEVEL

The third bedroom and a family room with a fold-out couch give the group a second hangout space or overflow sleeping area, with a decorative fireplace of its own. The lower level bathroom with a shower is right there for guests coming in from the dock.

OUTDOOR AND DOCK

The outdoor setup is the centerpiece of the property. The private dock gives direct Ohio River access for boats, fishing, or simply sitting and watching the water. The hot tub has open river views and runs year-round. The fire pit and outdoor grill are set up for evening use, and the deck and balcony give the group room to spread out.
