Welcome to The Stables On Baxter: a 140yr old converted horse livery & grocery store. Stable #4 is fun with a board and video games, unique features and is only minutes from Nulu & Downtown! This unit is 1/2 block from the Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave corridor. The courtyard offers our guests mini golf, grills, fire pits, abundant seating and an umbrellaed table.
**This unit is in a commercial building with Airbnbs & businesses. The neighbordhood is busy and exciting. Noise should be expected.**

This was a perfect spot for our getaway. It is centrally located in what is a good neighborhood. The house was large enough for our big group. Everything in the house was updated and modern. All interactions with the host were pleasant and responses were very quick. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in town.
