  • Welcome to The Chestnut, a NuLu area home that includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and sleeps up to four people. The home is within walking distance of over 60 restaurants, bars, retail and vintage stores, bourbon distilleries, breweries and entertainment venues in the NuLu Neighborhood. It is also a short distance from Paristown Pointe, Fourth Street Live, Logan Street Market, the Yum! Center, and Downtown Louisville.

    Walking distance to NuLu. Also near Germantown, the Barrett Street Corridor, The Highlands, Baxter Road, and Bardstown Road.
    Close to the downtown hospitals, fairgrounds, Kentucky Kingdom and the airport.

My family of 4 stayed here for a basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo. It was a perfect location with just. a short 15 minute drive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has plenty of room (bigger than we excepted!) We 100% recommend this location. The owner was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay! Your house is beautiful!

Property was within walking distance to many great restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for to feel more like home. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part except the occasional helicopter in the middle of the night. Host is great with communication.

Parking was very good under the awning in the back. The alley could use some clean-up work. The host came over right away when the entry lock wouldn't work correctly. The only major complaint that we had was that there were ants in the kitchen (we left a note for the cleaning crew to spray the kitchen counter where we saw them).
