We had a short weekend get away as a couple staying here in this very modernized, cozy/ charming sweet spot. Extremely close to great commodities, within walking distance to very good restaurants and shops. This was the perfect place for just what we needed. We highly recommend a future stay here.

Location Location Location

Great for night life. Clean and felt very safe. There was a 300 incident fee taken out 2 days before the trip which I was unaware of prior to booking the 450 non refundable weekend. The funds were released back after check out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Lots of communication from the property manager and very clear instructions. The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything you need is provided. 10/10 would stay here again.

Is close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The beds are super comfy and we all slept well. My teens thought it was so cool!

Clean - Pictures are Accurate

The rental is nicely furnished and the pictures accurately represent the property. The property manager was very responsive via text. They included many "extras" like nice shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. Wifi was strong & consistent (ran multiple Google Meets at the same time as other applications). This is a new rental and there were a couple kinks to work out as expected, but nothing major. I would suggest the owner add an oscillating fan for the bedroom to help circulate air and provide some "white noise." Note - This may not be the quietest rental if that is what you are looking for; there is noise from near-by business, parking lot, and there was also work being done on the outside of the building during our 5-night stay (tuck-pointing, scissor lift, landscaping, etc.). Very easy to walk to several places with just a few blocks including bakery, breweries, restaurants, shops, ect.
