Welcome to the Rickhouse - an elegantly designed modern home built with fun in mind.

This amazing location in Louisville’s Butchertown area lies at the intersection of all the hot spots: Distilleries, Downtown, NULU and Bardstown Rd.

This beautiful 3000sqft home offers 6 BR, 7 beds w/ 4.5 BA. It has 3 Kings, 2 Queens and 2 Full-sized beds.

The large deck with its outdoor couch and Weber grill overlooks the expansive yard. There you'll find a covered hottub with bench seating around it where those who want to take a dip can talk to those who want to stay dry. Not far away is the fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a table where you can challenge your friends to bourbon-pong.

These 6 bedrooms will BLOW YOU AWAY! Each have their own smart TV. We have 3 kings, 2 queens and 2 double beds. 1 king and the bedroom w 2 double beds feature en suite full bathrooms.

There are 4 full bathrooms throughout this home. There are 2 private en suite master bathrooms. The remaining 2 full bathrooms are accessible from hallways. All full baths include walk-in showers.

There is a half bath located in the home just off the dining area.

The kitchen is bright & open with brand new stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space, bar top seating, poker table and 4 TVs, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the bright and welcoming dining room. The dining room seats 12 with an addition 6 seats located at the gaming table.

Jay and his team did a great job in making sure my family and I had a awesome experience. The house was perfect for our group of 10 and we really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and 4 TVs in the kitchen. We were easily able to walk to NULU and Whiskey Row for all our tastings and restaurant choices.
