The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare family meals, with a practical layout and the essential appliances for everyday cooking. The spacious living and dining area features a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue, TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and a dining table for six people, creating a welcoming space to relax and spend time together. Recently renovated, the interior combines modern furnishings with a functional layout, while direct access from the living room to the terrace and swimming pool makes it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces.



Guests love the private swimming pool, the lawn area overlooking the Old Course Golf Course and the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor dining area features a table in a shaded space alongside a charcoal barbecue, providing a convenient setting for al fresco meals with family and friends. Pool heating is available from April to October upon request, at an additional cost and subject to weather conditions. A reserved parking space is also available directly in front of the property entrance.



Located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery, Casa Beira Golf is just a five-minute walk from a SPAR supermarket, while Vilamoura Marina, restaurants, shops and local attractions are only a short drive away. - Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.

- Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.

- Excessive rubbish must not be left.

- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

- Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

- Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
