Villa Hibiscus is situated in a great position within Vilamoura just 200 metres from the well known Old Course, 400 metres from the Sports Club and only a 5 minute drive) to Vilamoura Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities.
There is also a supermarket and small restaurant within walking distance and Vilamoura beach is 5 kms. This family sized villa has been refurbished to provide modern and chic comfort built on two levels and now with 5 en-suite bedrooms, kitchen and living room are on the first level which is also the level where the main entrance is.
Bedrooms - 3 doubles, 2 twins, all en-suite
The spacious lounge has large comfortable sofas, modern décor and stylish furnishings with an open plan dining room that leads out onto the terrace.
The lower level leads to the garden, swimming pool and barbecue area, ideal for preparing summer meals to be enjoyed alfresco on the covered patio.
A large rectangular swimming pool, 10 metres x 5 metres
Pretty, mature gardens have a well kept lawn and surrounded by palm trees providing an excellent degree of privacy. . There is also a shower & restroom downstairs on the ground level offering support while using the pool and garden area.
External features: Lawn, Covered terrace, Table Tennis, Open dining area, Built-in barbecue
