The Space:

Escape to the beauty of the Oregon Coast at this lovely Warrenton studio, located within the beautiful gated community of Surf Pines. Featuring clean and contemporary finishes, a large TV, and a sitting area, this property is the perfect place for your next romantic getaway. The deck offers views of the ocean and the surrounding area, which makes it an ideal spot for watching the sunset. This home also has complimentary internet and a washer/dryer for added convenience.



Though close to shopping, dining, historic sites, and picturesque beaches, Warrenton offers a less-crowded alternative to the numerous surrounding towns. In an ideal location, this vacation home is centrally located around 13 miles from Astoria and roughly six miles from Seaside. Just southwest of Warrenton, Sunset Beach offers miles of uncrowded shoreline ready for beachcombing, kite flying, sandcastle building, and, of course, some beautiful views.

Stayed here for one night while passing through the area. The studio was very nice and comfortable, perfect for two people. It is built on top of a garage. We missed the part about the steep staircase and boy, was it steep. The landing once inside the door was very small and difficult to negotiate. We ended up leaving our suitcases in the car as there was no way we were going to try and haul them up those stairs. The bathroom was well appointed with a very nice shower. The bath linens were white and unfortunately the hand towels and washcloths were stained from people using them to remove makeup, clean shoes etc. Perhaps consider darker colored towels or providing cloths for makeup removal etc.

The property is a very nice getaway for a couple. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was convenient to local attractions and neighboring communities. The only issue we had was with the the deadbolt to unlock the door. We were able to figure it out fairly quickly, but it was tricky to lock/unlock after entering the code.

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. The description and pictures are up to date and we had NO surprises with expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. Decent place. HORRIFIC property management

The place was quaint and mostly comfortable. The property management was terrible. Awful. It took hours to get responses. The property manager knew nothing about the property. I will never stay at a vacasa-managed property again. Two omissions from the listing were a big deal. First, there’s no information about the nature of the unit (it’s a shared property with the owner). We felt uncomfortable when other people arrived as we weren’t told anyone else would/could be there. Second, the listing doesn’t call out the lack of a/c - the studio was soooo hot during the day and we could do nothing to cool it down. Lots of potential if the owners switch property managers!

The address on your listing is different on your listing and direction, instead of zero at the end the mailbox is 9.....there is no additional marker on the house or party....difficult in the rain and dark. The wifi shows as a capital T to begin with what we were sent, only works with a small t. Maybe minor to you but accuracy is everything trying to check it.
