They need to remember when in front of customers to keep calm and discuss problems when alone. I emailed hotel 2 weeks in advance stating I was looking for longer check out time. They replied stating noon was the longest, I said great. When the day to check out came, they said they can't do that, so I rushed after a long night wedding to get out at regular check out time.”
